Lindos Palms Villa is a villa by Karma developers, situated opposite Serena Bay in the Pernera area of Protaras. It has restaurants, bars and shops nearby and is also a short walk from the Golden Coast hotel near the harbour. There are plenty of great amenities nearby which is sufficient for a good two week holiday.There is a frequent local bus service to go to the centre of Protaras and to Ayia Napa and the local town of Paralimni- giving you lots more places to visit nearby. The villa is owned by Mr and Mrs Morgan from Staffordshire, UK.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. There are discounts available for long term rentals over a month/ and out of season- late October - March. Please phone us for details. We have excellent prices for 2012 for such a lovely villa in a great location-We are giving a 10% discount off for booking before end of February 2012. Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Just phone us to let us know, Arrival times into the villa will be between 2pm-4pm
and departure 11am although these times can be flexible upon request.

| Utility Room: | Beach toys, lilos, inflatable boat, umbrellas, child's buggy to take to the beach to save yours getting full of sand! All these are in the living room cupboard.These are available but if you break or lose them please can you replace. |

Notes on accommodation
Cot and high chair available at very cheap rates. Our villa is suitable for a family or couples wanting relaxation, sun, sand and plenty to do in Cyprus. Hairdryer is also supplied.
Accessibility
Easy accessibility to pool and downstairs of villa for wheelchairs.
Outside
Landscaped garden, barbecue, sun loungers and patio seating. Outside shower area. Swimming pool with block of showers and toilets just outside the gate of the villa. Fenced off garden with pergola to cover car parking area.
Coast/Beach
Pernera is a 'blue flag' beach and Lindos Palms Villa is opposite Serena Bay one of the most prettiest bays in Cyprus. There are dozens of beautiful beaches in walking distance or within a short car journey or via local bus.
Special interest holidays
You can visit the famous ghost town of Famagusta which is nearby and visit dozens of different beaches. You could do a different beach every day of your holiday! The town of Paralimni is very close. The church is beautiful in the centre- well worth a visit. Cypriots celebrate Easter much more than Christmas and this time is great to see the celebrations in the town-festivals etc.
Travel
45 minutes from the airport. 20 minutes from Ayia Napa. 5 minutes from centre of Protaras. 5 minutes from Fig tree Bay. Car hire is not essential as there are plenty of amenities within walking distance. Taxis are cheap and reliable.
Further details
All essentials such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants are available locally. Cypriots drive on the left - the same as they do in UK so driving is no problem. In fact, roads are generally quiet! Cypriots speak English too so there are no problems!!
All electricity and gas is included.
Booking notes
If you would like to book Lindos Palms for your holiday, you will be required to pay by cheque a 25% deposit (non refundable) and an additional £200 security deposit (refundable - subject to no damages/breakages during your stay and safe return of keys). Balance is to be paid 8 weeks before departure. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of booking. Airport transfer/car hire can be arranged if needed.
