Carob Tree House is situated just over 1km from the centre of Peyia village and only 2km from the beach and amenities of Coral Bay. It has wonderful sea and mountain views, a private pool, beautiful gardens.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible depending upon villa availability.
We are also flexible on arrival and departure times depending upon bookings please ask. If bookings are back to back then arrivals after 4pm and departure by 11am.

Villa comes with all linen and towels-inc beach/pool towels. Simple clean and linen change every 7 days. Unless part weeks booked (i.e 10 days then there is no clean/linen at 7th day. Additional cleaning/linen available at extra cost on request. |
Notes on accommodation
All living areas and bedrooms have remote control air-conditioning. This is a non smoking villa, but smoking would be acceptable in outside areas and garden. It is advised that a hire car is required due to the location of the villa.

Private 8m x 4m pool with lights and poolside shower. Pretty tropical landscaped gardens, large patio/sunbathing areas. Large brick barbecue with rotisserie. Shaded parking area for 2 cars. 6 sunbeds, outside tables and chairs for up to 10 people. 2 sun umbrellas. Wonderful sea and mountain views.
Coast/Beach
Villa is 2km from sandy beach of Coral Bay - about 5 mins drive. Facilities at Coral Bay include beach bar, water sports, snack bar, showers and toilets. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire.
Golf
3 golf courses within 30mins drive, including Aphrodite Hills resort.
Skiing
Skiing available in the Troodos mountains in winter months-weather permitting.
Travel
Nearest airport is Paphos, about 20 kms - 40 mins drive. Taxis are available at set prices. Larnaca airport is 130 kms on new motorways. About 1hr 30m drive. Car Hire is recommended.
Distances
Village of Peyia 1 1/2 kms - 5mins by car. Coral Bay 2 kms - 5 mins by car. Bakery and small shop within 10 mins walk. Fully equipped air-conditioned gym 10 mins walk-daily and weekly memberships available.
Further details
At present in Cyprus there are issues with water.The Paphos region as yet is not too affected.We have arranged water topups for the Pool throughout the summer of 2008.
There are also many new building developments taking place in and around Paphos/Coral Bay and Peyia, and near our villa which may cause some disruption.
Booking notes
Please contact owner directly by phone or email. A non-refundable deposit of £100 required to secure reservations of a week or more, unless within 4 weeks of travel, then full amount required. A further refundable deposit of £100 required upon balance payment to cover for damage / breakages. Balance payments required a minimum 8 weeks before travel to ensure bank clearance.
