Alexsis Villa is a luxury villa situated in the prestigious Sea Caves area, located near to Coral Bay with its shallow waters, beautiful sandy beaches and plethora of restaurants. It is equipped and furnished to a high standard with fly screens fitted to all openings. The villa is simply and elegantly furnished with air-conditioning throughout. There is also a utility room for laundry. On arrival, a welcome pack is provided, ensuring you have welcome tea or coffee / snack etc to get you off to a good start. Cots can also be provided by advance request. There are stunning sea views and fantastic sunsets watched from the patio and bedroom terraces, all the bedrooms overlook the sea. The villa is set in an area of banana groves between the sea and the mountains. From the villa, it is a short walk to the secluded sea coves and the little islands of Geronisos and Manikis are nearby. Paphos is famous for its world heritage sites, a car is recommended to enable you to visit these.

Notes on prices
The prices are in British pounds per week. They include air conditioning, weekly maid service, towels/linen and welcome pack.
Changeover day
There is flexibilty with regard to changeover days and times. As a guide arrival times are 4pm and departure times 11 am.

| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with the single beds being extra large. All bedrooms have a bedside cabinet, mirror, dressing table, chairs and extensive fitted wardrobes. The windows and balcony doors all have light resistant roller blinds. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite shower room, bathroom with bath/shower and ample storage space,downstairs cloakroom. There is also an outside pool shower. |
| Kitchen: | Oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, table settings for 6/7 places and easy to clean granite work surfaces. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, clothes airer, iron & ironing board, separate sink, brooms/mop and hoover. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan living and dining rooms. Fireplace, coffee table,side tables, rugs leather sofa, 37" LCD TV, DVD & video player, satellite box, dining table with 6 chairs. |
| Other: | Each bedroom terrace has a table and chairs, which are ideal for relaxing with a cool drink whilst watching the beautiful sunset. For security and peace of mind, there is also use of a safety deposit box. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and linen are included. There is a weekly maid service for cleaning and changing the towels/linen. |
Notes on accommodation
If extra bedding or a cot is required, these can be provided when booking. Each bedroom and living area has it's own independent dual air conditioning / heating unit. There is also under floor heating throughout the house. A highchair can be provided upon request.

Outside
The villa is situated on a large plot with an established garden managed by an automatic irrigation system. There is a private swimming pool with Roman steps and a pool side shower, along with patio umbrellas. The villa has a large patio with a 6 seater table overlooking the pool. There are 6 sun beds for use around the pool and there is parking space for 2 cars on the drive to the side of the villa. The front garden is secured by gates on the drive and to the villa, with beautiful bougainvillaea lining the front of the villa.
Coast/Beach
A few minutes walk down to the sea will bring you to the wonderfully secluded beach bays. There are fantastic views along the coastline of the famous sea caves carved into the cliffs by nature over many years, quite breathtaking.
Golf
The golf course at Tsada being approximately 16 minutes drive away with Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf courses a little further.
Travel
Paphos International Airport is only 20 km away.
Car hire is recommended to fully appreciate what the island has to offer, from the Troodos mountains and the historic monastries to the wonderful beaches of Coral Bay. The Akhamas Peninsular with it's natural beauty and wildlife is a must if you enjoy nature and peaceful surroundings. There is just too much to mention, You must experience the sights to fully appreciate all that Cyprus has to offer.

The Akamas peninsula is only 10 minutes drive away. This area is one of incomparable natural beauty and an ideal place for walking, cycling, swimming, diving, fishing, exploring, cruising and bird watching. Lara beach, a protected nesting ground for endangered marine turtles is also within the peninsula. Nearby is the quaint village of Peyia. The village of St Georges, famed for its fish restaurants, is also nearby. Paphos town centre is approximately 13 kilometres away.
Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing & Go- karting.
Booking notes
Rates include: a weekly maid service providing a change of towels and linen, welcome pack and air conditioning.
A non refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings,within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
