The beautifully landscaped pool with children's safe area is a social meeting place for the whole family. The village has a great selection of tavernas and the complex is a short ride away from the lively town of Larnaca with its beautiful beaches and stunning marina as well as the livelier bars and beaches of the main coast road to Dhekelia. The award winning ‘Waterworld’ in Ayia Napa is one of Cyprus’ key attractions and just 20 minutes drive away.

Changeover day
During the Summer months, changeover day is normally at weekends, however extended stays can be negotiated to suit travel arrangements.

All linen and towels are provided but guests are requested to supply their own beach/pool towels. Property is cleaned when new guests arrive and a 'Welcome' pack is provided on arrival. |
Notes on accommodation
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
The apartment is situated on the first floor overlooking the pool area with sea views from the veranda which enjoys direct sun for the majority of the day yet retains a shaded area for relaxation. Air conditioning is dual functional providing heat for the winter months (Jan/Feb).
Accessibility
The complex has a CCTV secure entrance to the apartments and the doors and lift are wide enough for guests with mobility problems. There are changing facilities and disabled toilets located by the pool and a slope to gain access to the pool area.
Outside
On the veranda is a table with four chairs. In the store (ground floor) there are four sun loungers, small side tables and a parasol (for personal use around the poolside). There are also 2 mountain bikes (for the more adventurous) and a cool box for picnics.
Coast/Beach
There are many fine beaches in the area. The Cyprus Tourist Board 'Blue Flag' beach at Dhekelia is approximately 2km from the apartment and the facilities at the Dhekelia Garrison beach complex (CESSA) are highly recommended (especially the fish and chips).
There are numerous bars, restaurants and hotels along the full length of the coast road that cater for all ages and provide all types of entertainment.
Travel
Larnaca airport is just 15 minutes drive away (local taxi approx. 20 Euros) however car hire is advisable if you intend to travel around and enjoy the full delights of the island. Best to organise this aspect before arriving.
Distances
Larnaca town (Promenade, Marina, shopping centre and Carrefour Hypermarket) just 10 minutes drive. Local buses are few and far between but there are local taxis.
Ayia Napa (20 mins.), Limassol (40 mins.), Nicosia (30 mins.)
Beaches (5 minute drive or 15 minute walk).
All village facilities are within easy walking distance as the complex is situated in the village itself.
Further details
The village has all the amenities you might require for a self sufficient break away from the hustle and bustle of the city and traffic. Tavernas, restaurants, banks, supermarket, pharmacy and 2 amazing bakeries (open 24 hours) are all convenient. For youngsters of all ages there is a waterpark and Fun Fair in Ayia Napa as well as a multitude of Night Clubs. Restaurants with a variety of cuisine (including McDonald's and Pizza Hut) can be found on the Promenade in Larnaca fronting a superb shopping centre of designer shops and local crafts.
For the more adventurous, the beaches offer a full range of water activities including diving, fishing and sailing as well as the more familiar tourist facilities (Jetskis, Paragliding and Water Skiing).
The island is rich in myth and legend and particular highlights include The Amphitheatre at Kourrion, The Tombs of the Kings at Paphos, The Baths of Aphrodite, the monastery at Kykkos and Mount Olympus in the Troodos Mountains (where temperatures can drop 20 degrees - useful in the summer).
For those more interested in recent history, a visit to Nicosia and the 'infamous' Green Line is a must then follow the line to the coast and the 'Ghost Town' of Famagusta.

£200 refundable damage deposit is required.
