Changeover day
Guests are expected to leave the apartment by 12 pm unless agreed prior to stay (later return flights).

A set of fresh personal towels provided on a weekly basis Cleaning and linen change prior to each let and a mid-stay change for guests staying for 10 or 14 day holidays. The is also a washing machine, drying facilities, iron & board for personal use. |

Less than 5 mins drive to the Coral Bay beach resort with 2 exquisite beaches. 10 mins away from Peyias Sea Caves and 30 mins from the Akamas coastline and fishing villages or Paphos beach/harbour area (Kato Paphos) in the opposite direction.

Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Tsada golf courses all within a 30 minute drive of the apartment.

The nearest airport is Paphos International, which is approx 40 mins drive along the coast door to door. Larnaca Airport is around 1.5 hours drive. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged.
Distances
Car hire is highly recommended to get the most out of what Cyprus has to offer. Kato Paphos town and market 20 mins. Paphos Water park 30 mins. Go-Karting 10 min. Akamas Peninsular approx 30 mins. The port of Limassol is a 50 min drive; Shipping lines provide mini-cruises to the Holy Land, Egypt, Greece and a number of the Greek Islands.

Para Kalo is 5 mins walk away from Peyia Village where you can find local supermarkets deli's, banks, butchers, a pharmacy and a range of Taverna's and restuarants.
Booking notes
Provisional bookings are accepted via email, text or telephone and will be held pending receipt of the booking form contract and deposit. To confirm booking a 30% deposit is requested with balance payable 8 weeks prior to travel, along with a cheque for £150 (security deposit) which is returned to you within 5 days of your return.
