The Akamas Peninsula within a few minutes drive. Coral Bay is just 5 minutes drive and Paphos is approx 20 mins by car. Sea caves are 10 mins walk away. The famous Lara Bay is only a 10 mins car drive.

Outside
Private swimming pool with roman steps, measuring 8x4m approx 0.75x2.5m in depth. There is an outside shower. BBQ, sun loungers, comfortable dining table and chairs with parasol. The pool is cleaned twice weekly and gardens maintained regularly to a high standard. The villa has a medium size garden with fruit trees, shrubs etc. Driveway.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful St Georges harbour with beach and picturesque Church is a 7 mins walk away as well as the lovely Sea Caves area. There is a sandy beach at Lara Bay on the Akamas Nature Reserve where the green back turtles lay their eggs, situated only 10 mins drive away. There are two beaches at Coral Bay which is only 6 minute drive away. Beautiful sea walks within 5 minutes walking distance from the villa. Very exclusive area.
Golf
Tsada Golf Course is the nearest Golf Club. The course is 15 mins drive north of Paphos and is on an elevated position 550m above sea level, ensuring cool breezes during the summer months. It plays to a par of 72 and measures 6060m. Clubhouse facilities include a bar, restaurant, tennis, outdoor pool, driving range and putting green. The famous Secret Valley Golf Club is located 18km from Paphos and lies within a scenic valley offering panoramic views, plays to a par of 72 and measures 6020m. Aphrodite Hills Golf Course is 17km east of Paphos and is a championship standard course that plays to a par of 70-71 and measures 6232m.
Skiing
Troodos Mountains is approx 1 hour drive. Mount Olympus is the highest measuring 6400m. Facilities include skiing and snowboarding. The Kykkos monastery and Caledonia are also nearby. You can ski in Cyprus in the morning and sun bathe in the afternoon.

Travel
Car hire is recommended in order to explore the island's attractions. A 4x4 is recommended should you wish to drive through the Akamas terrain. Paphos is the nearest town and is approx 20 mins drive away. The village of Peyia with local supermarket, bakery, restaurants, medical centre and police station is all but 10 mins drive. The villa is located 30 minutes drive from Paphos Airport and 1½ hours to Lanarna airport.
Distances
Coral Bay for beaches within 6 min drive, with its many bars and restaurants. The village of Peyia has a certain old world feeling, with local bars and restaurants. Latchi is a beautiful scenic drive, with its marina, bars and restaurants. Polis is also near to Latchi and is 30 mins drive through the mountains. Paphos town with shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, cosmopolitan cafes, harbour, various tourist attractions is 20 mins drive away.

The villa is situated in a very exclusive area of the island within easy access to all attractions. Should you like a quiet time, just relax by the pool, cliff walks and the Akamas Nature Reserve are all near to hand.
