Linens and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. For stays longer than one week enquire about a mid-stay linen change and cleaning. |
Notes on accommodation
Pets considered, please discuss with owner. Please use air conditioning only while you are at the villa and with the windows closed. It does not take long to cool down after you arrive. Using the air conditioning with the windows open can lead to malfunctions and then there will be no air conditioning.

Accessibility
Ground floor bedroom may be helpful for mobility impaired guests.
Outside
There is a large outdoor dining table with umbrella and garden chairs for 6/8 including the folding chairs. Also outside are 6 sun loungers. The private pool is 6x3m. There is also an outdoor shower on the back of the house near the pool. There is private parking for one car.
Coast/Beach
The nearest sandy beach is ‘Blue Spice Beach’, less than 300m from the villa. Not far away you will find more coves and beaches, water sports and a water park.
Travel
Larnaca airport is a 45 min drive on the new motorway. A car is not necessary with this central location as plenty of things are within walking distance and there are friendly taxis and bus service. For trips further afield, car hire is available locally.
Distances
From Pernera the somewhat larger town of Protaras is a 20 min stroll, where you will find more activities day and night. The traditional town of Paralimni is a 10 min drive away, as is the resort of Agia Napa with plenty of nightlife. The old capital city of Nicosia is an hour drive away, and the Troodos Mountains are two or more hours away.
Further details
While making a day trip to the Troodos Mountains, consider a walk up to Kalidonia Falls after which the villa takes its name.
Booking notes
A security deposit of £200 is required, which will be refunded after letting if the premises and contents are left in good condition. Payment possible in Sterling, Euros, or US dollars. Request cot or highchair at time of booking. Single sex parties are possible only with additional conditions and the owner's explicit approval.
