This charming contemporary 3 bedroom villa is located in the beautiful area of Secret Valley. This area is perfect for those seeking to get away from it all and enjoy sounds of nature and quiet evening walks. It is only 5 minutes drive to the Secret Valley Golf Course and 10 minute drive to the famous Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort and Spa. The living/dining area has been furnished to a high standard, with luxurious purple sofas, a TV with English satellite channels, a DVD player, CD player, a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to cater for everyday needs. It has 3 bedrooms, comprising of two twins and one double with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have remote controlled fans fitted for the hotter Cyprus nights! Outside there is a private pool, external shower, sun beds, parasols, a patio area, barbeque and garden furniture. The evening view is particularly beautiful with the lights of Aphrodite Hills.

Outside
Beautiful landscape gardens with 9'x4' private swimming pool. 8 new sunbeds and cushions, side tables and large umbrella's. Views over the valley so no-one overlooking you - large washing line to side of house - outside shower next to pool.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 3 miles. There are lots of beautiful beaches in Paphos and surrounding areas which is a 15 min drive.
Golf
The villa is a 5 min drive from the Secret Valley Golf Club. Also 10 mins away by car is the famous Aphrodite Hills gold complex with its championship 18 hole course, great food and drink etc.

The Paphos District - The city of Pafos, still usually written as Paphos, on the southwest coast of the island, is, according to legend the birthplace of the Greek Goddess of Love, Aphrodite. It became the capital of the island replacing Salamis during the Hellenistic Period as its masters, the Ptolemy's, favoured a location closer to their capital, Alexandria. Paphos consists of two areas: the coastal resort area (Kato Paphos) and the town itself (Pano Paphos) which is slightly inland. Paphos is very popular with tourists. Among its attractions are its ancient mosaic floors, its beautiful old harbour, its modern hotels and restaurants, situated along the seaside promenade.
Other sights include an archaeological museum, the Byzantine castle of Paphos, the Tombs of the Kings, St. Paul's Pillar and the Temple of Aphrodite (the goddess of love and beauty). Today Pafos (Paphos) is a popular sea resort with a population of 39.500.
Secret Valley Resort Area - The scenic area of the Secret Valley lies 18km east of Paphos and 49km from Limassol. It is located nearby ‘Petra tou Romiou', the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite Goddess of Love and Beauty. Secret Valley is only a 10 min drive from Paphos Airport and approx 20 mins drive from the centre of Paphos. It is also the ideal location for golfing enthusiasts as Secret Valley possesses its own golf course and 5 mins away is yet another renowned golf course, that of Aphrodite Hills. The landscape of the area is idyllic.
