This is a large spacious 2 bedroomed apartment, with one double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, and 2 sofa beds. The apartment is newly furnished, and enjoys the facilities of a large communal swimming pool situated in gardens with large sun terrace. There is public bus service running between the resorts of Ayia Napa, Protaras, Pernera with their beautiful sandy beaches, and Paralimni the local village. Just a short walk away you will find a large supermarket, shops, tavernas and bars. It is a good location for seeing the whole of the island, and ideal for families. Waterworld waterpark (one of the biggest in Europe) is just a 15 minute drive away.

Changeover day
Most flights operate on Wednesday & Sunday, but we can be flexible regarding the day of arrival. The apartment will be available from l400 hrs and must be vacated at 12 noon for cleaning. Late or early arrivals need to book an extra day.

Accessibility
There is a lift in the complex which will accommodate wheelchair, and ramps to all areas, but bathroom doors are of normal size and will not accommodate a wheelchair.
Outside
There is a private balcony with table and chairs.
A large communal pool situated in the middle of the complex with small gardens around, and sunbeds.
Downstairs there is a small leisure area with 2 saunas, 2 jacuzzis and several pieces of exercise equipment.
Private parking space.
Coast/Beach
A five minutes drive will take you to the small but family orientated resort of Pernera with golden sandy bays, water sports, and a small water park. Just five minutes further and you will arrive at Protaras and the famous fig tree bay beach with its long stretches of sandy beach and safe swimming for children. All water sports available. 15 minutes in the other direction will bring you to Ayia Napa & Waterworld Waterpark. Shops, tavernas, entertainment in all resorts
Golf
Nearest golf course is in Paphos which is approximately 2 hours drive away. Green fees are cheaper than other parts of Europe.
Travel
Larnaca airport is approximately 45 minutes from Sinoro Complex. Car hire can be arranged either at the apartment or from the airport. Private Taxi transfers can also be arranged in advance.
Distances
Larnaca town the biggest in the area is approximately 45 kilometres from the complex.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is required to reserve the apartment, and the final payment is required 6 weeks before departure. A bond of £100 is also taken and returned approximately 24 hours after return to the UK providing no damages have been incurred.
