The villa is situated at Orestiada Valley, a new development on the outskirts of Pernera, an ideal resort for families or couples with a horseshoe shaped beach and shallow warm waters. A variety of water sports and boat trips are available from the beach. The villa is newly furnished and comes with everything for a relaxing holiday - TV, Satellite, DVD, dishwasher, gas barbecue, patio area for outside eating and a private pool. Some buckets, spades and inflatables are provided for the guests to use. At the end of a cul-de-sac and next to a large 2000sq.m landscaped 'green area' which includes benches and a traditional windmill that the area is famous for. Completed in October 07, the villa sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, but can sleep up to 6 with the use of a sofa bed. It is fully air-conditioned and has a private swimming pool.

Notes on prices
Price includes welcome pack on arrival. Bedlinen and towels (excludes beach towels). Change of bedlinen and a bathroom clean on a 2 week rental. Cleaning after departure. Some villas charge extra for these, so check when comparing prices.
A 10% discount is given for 2 week rentals.
Long term winter/spring rentals welcome at reduced rates, please contact us with your requirements.

Changeover day
Preferred rental start day is a Sunday, with the villa available for occupancy by 3pm on the arrival date and needing to be vacated by 11am on departure date. Other arrival days and times may be available, please contact us with your requirements.

Notes on accommodation
On your arrival you will be met by our villa managers to show you around. A welcome pack is provided (included in the rental price) along with tourist information about the local area and activities, boat trips, car hire and days out. 10% discount on 2 week lets. This is a non-smoking villa and ask that you respect this for the benefit of all our guests. Pets are not allowed.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept bookings for all male or all female parties. The villa is for family/couples accommodation only. We reserve the right to refuse access on arrival in the event that a booking of this nature has been made and not disclosed.

Coast/Beach
The villa is approx 800 metres from the beach and is a 10 minute walk. The local beach is horseshoe in shape with sun loungers and umbrellas for hire. The water is shallow and is ideal for the children to play in. A restaurant and supermarket are located next to the beach. Pedalos, jet skis, banana tow and paragliding is available. Boat trips and sea fishing is also available from the beach and harbour.
Travel
Larnaca airport 55kms/40 minutes by motorway. Private transfer from the airport can be arranged (paid locally).

Pernera - a peaceful town on the East coast of Cyprus, which has developed into a mini resort all of its own, with a fantastic horseshoe shaped beach and a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of Pernera and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Pernera is the ideal resort for families and couples with many lively bars and restaurants, serving food from around the world from traditional Cyprus mezes to Mexican, Italian, Chinese and Indian to name a few. It also has all local amenities (supermarkets, bank, car hire, pharmacy) so a car isn't a necessity. A variety of water sports and boat trips are available from the beach and fishing harbour. A small family water park is on the outskirts of Pernera.
Protaras - neighbour to Pernera and is a larger resort offering some 300+ bars, restaurants and shops. Home to Fig Tree Bay, which stretches for over 10 miles of sandy beaches, the Magic Dancing Waters show and two mini-golf parks. Overlooked by the famous Church of Ayios Ilias, which is worth a visit for the panoramic views of the East coast, and is lit at night and can be seen for miles around.
Famagusta District - For those wishing to pick up the pace, the lively resort of Ayia Napa is a short 10 minute drive away and is home to the largest themed water park in Europe. Kapparis is 5 minute drive away and has the famous Fireman's beach, named because the local firemen carry out all their water training there, which in itself is a sight to be seen. Paralimni is the local town and has a town square with pavement cafes and shops, including a Marks and Spencer! The ghost town of Famagusta can also be viewed from several vantage points. All resorts are on the local bus route.
Booking notes
A 20% (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Additionally a separate security deposit cheque for £150 (refundable) to cover any breakages will be required with the balance payable.
