Situated on the lower floor of a newly built and privately owned complex. It has a ground floor patio facing into the gardens. The complex offers a communal pool with poolside toilets and showers, sea views, disabled toilets by the pool, car parking, lifts to all floors. It is located in a quieter area of Paralimni which is close to Protaras and Agia Napa. Airport transfers from Larnaca take about 40 minutes.

Coast/Beach
The closest beach is 1km away, but the area is close to Fig Tree Bay in Protaras and Agia Napa. Most beaches including the closest one offers water sports and boat trips.
Travel
Larnaca airport is the closest airport with transfers taking around 40 minutes by taxi. There is also car hire available from the airport (recommended).
Distances
Paralimni town centre is 1km away and has traditional restaurants and coffee houses as well as modern cafes and snackbars. It has ample shopping facilities. There is a hypermarket 5 minutes walk from the apartment and a 24 hour bakery across the road from the complex. Protaras is 10 mins by car and Agia Napa is 10-15 minutes. Cape Greco is ideal for hiking and biking and has mapped nature trails.
