Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros.
Please note that there is still construction going on close to AcasA (until about the end of March 2009), but that should not disturb you much if you are out at the beach, the pool, or exploring the island most of the day. Nevertheless, to compensate for any eventual inconvenience rates shown have been reduced significantly.

| Bedrooms: |
Bedroom 1 features a double bed with inviting duvets and crisp sheets and linen.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, making it ideal for children. Alternatively if you prefer, you can push these beds together to make another double bed instead. |
| Bathrooms: |
The main bathroom is upstairs and features a large bathtub with high pressure shower, a sink and wc. Enough towels and towel racks, shelves and cupboard space for all your bottles, sprays and other items. There is an additional wc downstairs. |
| Kitchen: |
Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the china, cutlery, utensils and cooking equipment needed so you can prepare sumptuous breakfasts, healthy Mediterranean lunches and yummy dinners! |
| Living Rooms: |
You can convert the three-seater couch to a sofa bed for two if needed. We have added a coffee table, two armchairs and two bar stools at the breakfast bar counter. Entertainment is provided via a TV, DVD and stereo system. |
| Other: |
For those of you who bring a laptop, broadband internet access is also available and you can work at the dining table (seating four) by the window. Air-conditioning unit keeps the area cool, or if you are visiting in winter, it can keep it warm. |

Towels and linen are provided. Included in weekly rate: Water, broadband access and up to 280 KW units of electricity (worth Euros 50). At a surcharge: Additional KW as per meter reading, weekly cleaning at Euros 30, weekly fresh bedlinen at Euros 20. |

Accessibility
Due to its split level, the maisonette does not offer access to wheelchairs.
Outside
Lined by a colourful hibiscus hedge, the 140 sqm garden offers wonderful surroundings for an alternative to a day at the beach. Whether you prefer to lay your towel on the green grass or on the sun lounger at the terrace, there is space enough - also perfect for the children to run around and play. The barbecue provided will allow for long lazy lunches or dinners under the stars! The garden furniture seats four. The large communal pool is a two minute walk from AcasA. Sun loungers and umbrellas as well as a small kiosk offering refreshments are part of the premises. Please note that we do not provide pool/beach towels though. As for the tennis court, that is also a two-minute walk from Acasa - in the other direction. The court can be reserved in advance at no extra charge.
Coast/Beach
At 400m away, the sandy beach is one of the best that Limassol has to offer. It has been awarded the 'Blue Flag' due to the cleanliness of both its water and the area itself. The sea is calm, has no undercurrents and is therefore safe for children. All water sports are available and sun-beds can be hired for a small fee from either the beach in front of the Meridian hotel or in front of the St Raphael hotel.
Golf
Cyprus is fast becoming the new hot spot for lovers of year round golfing pleasure. About a 35 minute drive from AcasA you can have access to the island's finest golf courses at Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley.
Skiing
You will be happy to know that you can spend a great day in the Troodos mountains skiing down the slopes. Only about an hour's drive away from AcasA through the Troodos pine forests and you are surrounded by snow during the winter months. The Sun Valley lifts and slopes, the North Face slopes and the Cross Country Track all offer a wonderful opportunity to combine winter fun with winter sun!
Travel
Limassol town is conveniently located between the two airports of Paphos and Larnaca at a 50/40 minute drive, so you have a larger choice of airlines to travel with. Charter flights usually land in Paphos whereas most scheduled airline companies serve Larnaca airport. To explore the island, the use of a car is strongly recommended, car hire is available.
Distances
AcasA is approximately a 1 hour drive to Paphos to the east, Ayia Napa to the west and the Troodos mountains to the north. You can reach Limassol city centre by car in 15 minutes, the Kolossi Castle in 25 minutes and the Curium Ancient Amphitheatre in half an hour. The villages of Lefkara and Omodhos are roughly 35 minutes in opposite directions. A 50-minute drive up into beautiful mountain pine forests takes you to Troodos and you can be in Nicosia in the island's centre in under one hour.
Further details
During the heat of summer you may wish to find alternatives to just being lazy at the beach. For those in desperate need for a different kind of refreshment there is the Fasouri Watermania Waterpark a short drive from Limassol town center – why not spend the day there? With names like Kamikazi Slide, Black Holes, Big Orange Wet Bubble and Lazy River, there seems to be an attraction for everyone! Lifeguards are always on duty and should you get hungry, there are two restaurants to choose from. Open from 10 am to 6pm every day between May and October. Limassol's new port welcomes countless ships on their voyage through the Mediterranean, so it is easy to imagine yourself going on board and joining a cruise! A wide selection of options are available year round, from 2 day trips to Egypt up to a week longs dream cruise to Greece's wonderful islands. With AcasA as your base anything is possible and cruising is made easy.
Booking notes
For short term rentals (up to a month) payment terms are 50% upon booking and 50% to be received 4 weeks prior to rental. A refundable breakages deposit of Euros 200 will be added to the total amount. For long(er) term rentals (one month and more) payment terms are monthly in advance.
