Sunshine villa is a large, airy bungalow situated on a small private development in a peaceful location between Lapta and Karsiyaka. Kyrenia is 12 miles away. The villa is furnished to a high standard. The 3 large bedrooms all have ceiling fans, air conditioning and patios. The open plan lounge leads onto a large shaded terrace where you can dine alfresco. The pool is surrounded by a large patio area with sun loungers parasols, tables and a BBQ. There are internal steps inside the villa which lead up to a large roof terrace, the perfect place to relax with a cool drink watching the sun set over the sea.

Outside
Private 8x4m overflow pool, with large terrace with sun loungers, parasols, table chairs and BBQ. Patios off every room ensure sun or shade. The gated drive is gravelled with parking available for several cars. The garden is bordered by fences and a stone wall.
Coast/Beach
5 mins by car to selection of local beaches. Most have umbrellas loungers and cafes. Many have sun and water activities. Isolated coves and beachy inlets waiting to be discovered just follow a dusty track. Much of the coastline remains unspoilt and underdeveloped.
Golf
Korineum Golf and Country Club is 40 mins away at Estentepe.
Travel
40 min drive to Ercan airport. 90 min drive to Larnaca airport.
Car hire recommended. Taxi to and from the airport can be arranged, Ercan is £20 each way, Larnaca is £40 each way.

North Cyprus enjoys a typical Eastern Mediterranean climate with long hot summers and short mild winters. The Northern coastline, which borders the Girne (Kyrenia) mountain range, is accepted as one of the most beautiful areas in the world in which to live also host to the Caretta-Caretta and the Green Turtles. The natural beauty of the island, the lovely climate, the warmth and generosity of the Turkish Cypriot peoples and the abundant selection of fresh foods make North Cyprus an unspoilt and non-commercialised haven. There is virtually no crime to speak of, and this country is reminiscent of UK standards long lost, where hospitality, politeness and the general enjoyment of life are the daily norm.
Northern Cyprus is the perfect relaxed holiday location. This unspoilt region has a wonderful climate. Plenty to see from monasteries, churches to castles. The harbour town of Kyrenia is absolutely magnificent. Plenty of shops to suit every taste from designer fashion to a high selection of watches and gold / silver jewellery. The crescent shaped harbour has the most amazing atmosphere. A perfect place to dine day or night. Sit back with a drink and watch the boats or take a trip yourself on an extensive choice of large wooden boats. Be spoilt for the day with plenty to eat and drink while you gently cruise along the beautiful coastline. Moor up in one of the stunning bays and take a swim in the warm crystal clear waters.

Please contact owner. Bookings available for minimum of one week. Deposit of 20% (non refundable) required with booking, balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A £100 damage deposit is also required with balance of payment. This will be refunded after inspection by our local agent. Cancellation charges: up to 4 weeks 60%. Up to 28 days 100%.
