Air-conditioning is dual heating/air con units. CD/radio and DVD player, satellite TV. Cot and high chair at small extra cost, a playpen will be provided FOC when small children are in accommodation, for parents peace of mind and safety of the children. Property is in a quiet safe area, with a large landscaped and walled garden.

Accessibility
The village of Kiti is on the flat so no hills present, also the beach road to the sea is flat. No adaptations have been made for wheelchair use, however the downstairs of the villa is all open plan.
Outside
Private swimming pool, 8m x 4m, large terraced areas, surrounded by professionally landscaped gardens. Outside shower. Barbecue. Teak table and chairs, seating for 8 people. Sun loungers and mats. Parasol.
Coast/Beach
The coast/beach is a 15 minute stroll on flat land amidst agricultural land, in a car about 1 minute.
Golf
Nearest golf course is in Limassol about one hours drive. Soon to be built Teresfanou golf course, about 5km.
Skiing
Ski in the Troodos during winter, about 1.5 hour drive to mountains.
Travel
Larnaca Airport is 15 minute drive. Car hire is highly recommended so that you can fully enjoy your holiday and Cyprus.
Distances
The village of Kiti is a 10 minute walk if not less, here there is a famous church Angelokisti which you can go round. Kiti Lighthouse is a short 5 min drive away, Pervolia is a lively little coastal village with a street full of tavernas and bars, this is a 15/20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The village of Kiti has a couple of bars and restaurants. Larnaca City has it all, a wonderful promenade full of hostelries and eateries, very cosmopolitan and full of great designer shops for the girls!
Further details
The villa is ideal for one or two families, who like their privacy, but do not want to be in the middle of nowhere. The villa was completed in November this year and will be ready for rental Mid March 2008, pictures seen here are prior to landscaping and furnishing, further pictures will be available in January when the garden will be beautiful and it's up and running for business. We would recommend car hire for anyone staying in Cyprus, Kiti is so conveniently placed for ease of access to all parts of the island. We have tried to make the villa child friendly, there will be a box of toys, books and games and of course all the cartoons on Satellite and a full Walt Disney selection on DVD (and more). For grown ups, cards, chess and a few grown up DVDs and CDs. There is a folder in the villa with places to visit and places to wine and dine, alongside maps etc...
Booking notes
We take a £200 deposit (non-refundable) to secure the dates for the holiday. Balance is payable 8 weeks before departure.
£150 damage deposit to be refunded on satisfactory inspection.

"We had the most wonderful holiday, it was exactly as it said on the tin! relaxing, quiet and it gave us a taste of Cypriot life, no tourists - just us!
