Villa Zulfa is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac of olive trees, a short stroll to Erol’s Restaurant in Ozankoy (the best in town) and a 7 minute drive up the Old Crusader route to the village of Bellapais with its famous abbey. There is ample parking for several cars in the driveway, a long patio around 3 sides on the ground floor and 3 separate balconies from each bedroom upstairs all with super views. Dining and seating inside for 8 people. There are further tables on both the patio and the large pool terrace area with pool shower, BBQ and sun loungers. Ideal for alfresco dining and entertaining your friends and family. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower ground floor with its own private entrance and is provided with fan cooling. The 9th bed can be set up in the 4th bedroom or in the master bedroom if required.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for up to 6 people. Each additional person will be charged £50 per week.
Changeover day
Flexible. Check-out is normally by 11.00 am and check in after 4.00 pm. We will endeavour to make other arrangements if notified in advance of your arrival.

Outside
Outside patio around 3 sides of the villa with a teak table seating 8 people alfresco. The pool terrace (see photo) is equipped with further places for 8 dining round the pool and BBQ. The pool and pool terrace can be lit at night. There is a refreshing shower on the pool terrace so no need to go back in the house to freshen up.
Coast/Beach
Diana and Alagadi beaches are within a 15 minute drive.
Golf
The new Korinium Golf Club is 15 minutes drive away from the villa. It's a fabulous 18 hole course with a super club house, restaurant and bar.
Skiing
Skiing is available during the winter months in the Troodos mountains about a 1-1/2 hour drive away.
Travel
Nearest airport is Ercan about 30 minutes or Larnaca in the south about a 90 minute drive. Car hire is strongly recommended. Vehicles with low ground clearance may not be suitable as the last kilometre of the access road is unpaved.
Distances
Kyrenia about 10 minutes drive. Ozankoy village centre and Erol's restaurant are a 10 minute stroll. Bellapais Monastery and village is a 7 minute drive up the Old Crusader Road.
Booking notes
25% of rental is payable on booking balance 8 weeks prior to your holiday date. We charge a refundable security deposit of £150 that will be repaid (less any breakages) 10 days after your holiday.
