Villa Ekleeseea, has 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom upstairs. There is a balcony leading off the upstairs hall and master bedroom, with great views of the sea and quaint church. Downstairs has a large open plan living,dining and kitchen area and a downstairs toilet. The villa is very well fitted out throughout including Satellite Television, DVD player, hairdryers, air conditiong, microwave and electric hob. The standard of decor is very high and the villa is well maintained. The private pool can be heated and there is an outdoor shower and BBQ.

Changeover day
On departure days you are requested to leave the villa by 11.30am unless other arrangements have been previously agreed.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is available in all the rooms.
Toilet paper and other items must not be flushed down the toilet, but placed in the bins provided.
Strickly no smoking in the villa.
The pool can be heated and also has lights.
The pool is not deep enough for diving but is excellent for children.

Outside
Thers is a spacious outdoor area with outdoor facilities which include table and chairs, sunbeds, BBQ and outdoor shower.
The pool is 8m x 4m and is 1.6m and it's deepest and less than 1m and the shallow end.
The garden area is completely fenced in, making it not only private but safe for children.
Coast/Beach
The sea is only a few hundred meters from Villa Ekleeseea, and although the section of the coast nearest the villa is rocky it is extremely beautiful and there are paths along which you can walk.
There are numerous beaches 2 or 3 km along the coast towards Ayia Napa and the famous and beautiful Nissi Beach is approx 5km away.
Special interest holidays
The villa is ideal not only for family holidays, but for parties attending weddings, which have become very popular in this area of Cyprus.
Travel
Larnaca airport is 45 min away and is the nearest airport. Paphos airport is about 2.5 hours away.
Limassol is 1 hour away, and Nicosia is also about a 1 hour drive.
I would recommend car hire to make the best of this area, but you can also hire bikes or beach buggies which are great to use to travel in the local area.
Distances
Ayia Napa is 6 km away with a great choice of shops, places to eat and entertainment.
The water park is 3km away.
Potamos is about 2/3km away and is a lovely lazy fishing village well worth a visit.
Nicossia and Larnaca offer not only great shops, but a wealth of cultural and historic places of interest. Nicossia is about 60 km away and Larnaca abot 45 km.
Further details
There are small supermarkets in Ayia Thekla and Ayia Napa who provide all the essentials needed, but if you require a large supermarket for shopping, you can head to Carefore or Kokkinos in Paralimini, which is 10/15 min by car.
