Villa Artemis is conveniently located just off the main motorway that accesses Paphos and Limassol. Paphos airport is a 12 minute drive and only a scenic 15 minute drive will get you to Paphos harbour and town centre. In the immediate vicinity the local village of Kouklia is just a 5 minute drive. Kouklia boasts excellent Cypriot tavernas where you can enjoy delicious authentic cuisine.

Accessibility
The villa has the living, dining, wc and kitchen on ground floor. It has a staircase leading upstairs to the bedrooms and family bathroom.
It is required to climb stairs and therefore may not be suitable for everyone.
It is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
As Cyprus enjoys an abundance of all year round sunshine you will most probably want take advantage of the many sunny days and warm evenings. Therefore, one of the main aspects to consider are the spacious terraces and the lush lanscaped gardens, all carefully planted to create a stunning picture of colours that surround a crystal clear swimming pool and shower area. Relax in peace and tranquility and enjoy the outside lifestyle, as you simply lay back in the sun or lounge in the shade. With ample sun loungers, BBQ facilities, large smoked glass table with reclining chairs, take advantage of alfresco dining way into the long warm evenings and watch the moon set as it meets the sea in the near distance.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 1km away from the Villa. This natural unspolit beach is perfect for walks, swim or sun bath.
Pissouri beach is a 10 mins pictuersque drive, this beach boasts a blue flag award and offers a long stretch of sand and clear blue water. Here you can laze on the beach, enjoy cypriot hospitality at the tavernas or for the more energetic hire a boat, jet ski, windsurf or bannana boat.
Golf
There are three excellent 18 hole golf courses in the close proximity of our villa. The nearest, Secret Valley Golf Club is just a 5 minute drive and offers stunning panoramic views within a scenic valley. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6120m. It has a driving range, chipping area and putting green and is close enough to get in some daily practice. The spacious clubhouse with its restaurant and bar facilities makes it an ideal setting to relax after a game of golf. The Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex has a championship course just a five minute drive. This course is just 10 mins drive and is in a fantastic setting on 2 plateaus, 300m high. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6665m. The clubhouse offers delectable specialities and breath taking views. The third one, Tsada Golf Club is just 30 mins away on the road to Polis and is located in the grounds of a monastery, plays to a par 72 and measures 6060m.
Skiing
The Troodos mountains offer winter sports and is less then an hours drive away. Ski in the morning and then relax in mild and often warm sunny days around the town of Pafos.

Koulia is a 5 minute drive, it has a supermarket, tavernas and bars. The villa is situated for swimming, cycling, walking, golf, bars and restaurants.
Within a short drive you will find a beach, an array of water sports, museum, amphitheatre and shopping.

The nearby 5 star Aphrodite Hills golf resort is located 5 minutes drive away. The village square as it is known is also home to a Greek and Cypriot Taverna, sports bar, Italian pizzeria and coffee shop. For ultimate head to toe pampering try the Retreat spa, in addition the Intercontinental 5 star luxury hotel provides numerous facilities and amenities with which one would associate with such a prestigious development. Also in very close vicinity to your holiday home you are able to explore Aphrodite’s Rock, The Tomb of the Kings, blue flag beaches with numerous water-sports. The lively and cosmopolitan atmosphere of Paphos is only a 20 minute drive away with its harbour, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Alternatively, savour the excellent food and wines in the quieter and sedate tavernas in the nearby villages of Pissouri and Kouklia with their gentle and friendly character.

To secure a reservation we ask for 20% deposit with the remaining balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Any bookings made within an 8 week period will require full payment at time of booking. We will also request a security deposit of £250 which is refunded after departure.
