This is a brand new, beautifully appointed single storey villa with a private pool, 3 double bedrooms, and hopefully all your needs for a comfortable holiday. It is located on a popular golf estate, and there are two other highly rated 18 hole courses nearby. It has excellent proximity to the popular beaches and taverna life, but the ability to come home to peace and quiet and the odd barbi will be much appreciated, not to mention your own tinkling pool. There are very friendly support staff on hand to give advice or lend a hand where necessary. Pure cotton quality bedding is provided, as well as bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning will take place once a week, or after 5 days in the case of a 10 day stay. As I would like you to have as much comfort on holiday as you're used to at home, your feedback would be appreciated.

These prices are inclusive of electricity, air-conditioner, cleaning, etc, but do not include the welcome pack. A welcome pack can be arranged in advance and paid for in cash, on arrival, against the invoice. A small additional charge may be added to pay for this service, at the discretion of the property manager on site. Discount for long lets.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival at 4pm and check out by 11am.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is configured in such a way as to suit group holiday sharers, families, or couples. It has a lovely feeling of space and tranquility. And with the plantation shutters in every room, the light and breezes can be directed to suit.

Accessibility
The villa has not been modified to suit guests with mobility problems, but as it is a bungalow it may be more suitable in some instances. Certainly more suitable where elderly guests are concerned, or guests who do not like staircases. The same goes for families with children....no stairs to negotiate.
Outside
The pool is 4m x 8m, and for your private use only. The patio leads into the kitchen so is very user friendly. The garden furniture, gas BBQ, umbrella, sunbathing loungers and outside shower are all there for you. The garden is beautifully landscaped and maintained - all you have to do is be there.
Coast/Beach
Pissouri Beach, approximately 20 minutes drive away, really is a fabulous place to swim and sunbathe. There are various other beaches to be discovered, and beach tavernas abound. Limassol, a 30 minute drive away, has built miles of board walk along the beachfront so walking, jogging or strolling are a pleasure. Stop for a cocktail, coffee or a dip at your leisure.
Golf
The Secret Valley Golf Course is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and natural rock formations. It is consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the islands visiting players. This is in part because it is so beautiful, protected from wind, and also because it allows golfers to walk. The clubhouse is spacious, well appointed, friendly and an excellent spot to relax, whether after a good game of golf or simply for a meal on the patio.
The nearby Aphrodite Hills Golf Course boasts a Golf Academy where any little kinks in your otherwise perfect game can be ironed out. There are two 18 hole championship courses, but golf carts only. It has a very smart club house and pro shop, a tennis academy and a plethora of cafes and restaurants.
Overall these courses should be enough to satisfy both the seasoned or aspiring golfer. As the courses get very busy at certain times of the year, booking in advance is advised. Details can be provided on request.

Travel
Car hire is essential for this villa and indeed for anyone visiting Cyprus.
Paphos airport is only about 15 minutes drive from my villa, and very easy to get to. Everything is easy to get to, in fact.
Paphos Harbour 20 mins away.
Limassol 30 mins away.
Larnaca International Airport 1 hour away.
Golf 2 mins away.
Beach - all in very easy reach depending on where you prefer on a given day...
Distances
Cyprus is not a large island, so with carefull planning, everything you could possibly want is at your fingertips. Getting around is a pleasure without the endless queues of traffic one experiences in Europe. Secret Valley is perfectly placed in between Paphos and Limassol, so do as little or as much as you like, town or country, golf or beach. The choice is yours.
Further details
Both Limassol and Paphos have excellent supermarkets.. Debenhams in fact. I recommend stocking up here before you go too far into your holiday. Local shops can be found for bits and peices when necessary. The banks are very user friendly, the staff helpful and efficient.
Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking. Balance, plus £200 Security Deposit, payable 8 weeks before departure. The Security Deposit will be returned promptly after visit, if no damage or losses.
House swap
House swap considered in Italy, France or Australia. Should be of a similar standard.
