Clients are required to vacate the property by 11.00am on their changeover day unless prior arrangements have been made. Arrival time is 15:00 hours unless prior arrangement has been made.

Coast/Beach
Coral Beach with its sandy beaches, safe waters, restaurants, volleyball courts and changing facilities is less than 5 minutes drive away (or a 25 minute walk).
Golf
The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada, 20 mins drive. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills, 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.
Skiing
In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbathe in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Only 1 hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January and March.
Special interest holidays
Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, off roading, karting, watersports, horseriding, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year, any time is a good time to visit.
Travel
Airport transfer is approximately 30/40 minutes depending on the time of day/night.
Distances
Peyia village with its quaint streets, local tavernas and general shopping is just a few minutes drive.
The Akamas Peninsula only 10 minutes drive away. Paphos harbour is 15 minutes drive.
Further details
Both Coral Bay and Peyia village have full bank and shopping facilities. Car, bike and off road buggies can be hired in Coral Bay. Buses, tours and taxis are readily available at very low costs.
There is a horse riding stables, donkey sanctuary, bird park, reptile park, turtle beach all within a few minutes travelling.

Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.

A £100 security deposit will be required and returned to you within 7 days of your arrival back in the UK providing no breakages have be made.
