Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts available for longer lets. Prices are based on 2 people staying in the apartment. For 3rd additional person, there is a supplementary charge of £70 In Low Season and in High season £100 p per week.and for the 4th additional person a supplementary charge of £55 for Low Season and £75 per week for High Season.

There is a lift to the flat from reception and easy access to the beach along flat paved path.

Coast/Beach
It is situated on the beach front with 350 metres of sand only interrupted by the 3,000 year old ruins of the ancient Roman city of Salamis.

Essentepe golf course 30 minutes drive from apartment.
Travel
Fly to Larnaca or Ercan airport. Taxi pick-up and car hire rental can be arranged. Journey time is 1 hour from Larnaca and 45 minutes from Ercan.
Distances
3 miles from central Famagusta, one of the finest examples of medieval architecture in the Eastern Mediterranean - the Cathedral of St. Nicholas (since transformed into a mosque), Othello's Tower, numerous churches and the Venetian city walls.
It is also possible to visit the Karpas peninsula with its fine beaches where turtles lay their eggs, beautiful views and numerous Byzantine churches, most notably the monastery of Apostolos Andreas.
Further details
There is a local supermarket, Eko Market, on the main road, at the entrance to Venus Residences - a 5 minute walk along the drive from the hotel. There are a number of good places to eat in Famagusta, such as 'Monk's Inn' and 'Petek'. There are also numerous restaurants / cafes in Famagusta and Bogaz.

You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the person who made the booking or your travel agent on your behalf must be received at our offices. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown in below:

Booking notes
A deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking. The outstanding balance should be paid 8 weeks before start of holiday. Payment should be made by electronic transfer in pounds sterling.
