Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
10% discount given if booked 9 months or longer in advance. 10% discount for holidays taken between Jul - Sept. 3 weeks holiday booked then the 3rd week will be half price. Discount for longterm winter lets.
Anyone booking accommodation with us will be given a full refund of all monies paid to us if the airline that they have booked with collapses and they are unable to find alternative flights. Who knows who's next or when it may happen.
Changeover day
Arrival, departure and changeover days/times are all flexible. shoudl you have a 'late' departure, then we will do our utmost to leave you in the house as long as possible.

| Kitchen: | A well equipped fully fitted kitchen contains: elec hob, oven/grill, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board, elec kettle and toaster. |
| Living Rooms: | A comfortable lounge with a 3-piece suite, TV, DVD and CD/radio player. |
| Other: | A spacious dining area with seating for 6 people leads onto a patio (containing table, chairs and sun-umbrella) adjacent to the swimming pool. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels (except for beach towels) and linen are included. Towels and linen are changed after one week and the house is given a thorough cleaning on change over. This is a well maintained property. |

Outside
The pool is shared between 6 properties. On our patio we have a table with seating for 6 people with a sun-umbrella and 3 sun-loungers.
At the front of the house if you wish to sit out of the sun we have a table and 6 chairs. In summer it is exceptionally hot so we like to have take our breakfast here. It is also nice in the evening to sit and watch the sunset.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay is the closest beach and in my opinion by far the nicest. The water is quite shallow for children to be able to paddle etc, it is a sandy beach and is sandy as you enter the water, this is no more than 3/5 mins drive from the house.
Golf
You are approx 40 mins drive from the 3 main golf courses.
Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
Travel
Paphos Airport is 40/45 mins drive from the house.
A car is recommended especially if you wish to visit the numerous places of interest that Cyprus has to offer.
Distances
The closest village of course is Peyia and is 10/15 mins walk.
Further details
The friendly village of Peyia is within walking distance and contains: Two supermarkets, banks, 3 ATM machines, restaurants, bars, taverna's chemist, butchers, bakers (fresh bread throughout the day) and a Take-away. Sophie's restaurant does a 'Theme night' which is very good as well as 'Sunday lunches', this you do need to book for, this is popular with all the locals as well. This is a 'buffet', set price but eat as much as you like, very very popular.
On the way to Coral Bay you will encounter an abundance of bars, restaurants, jewellry, leather & souvenir shops. There is also a childs 'mini golf'.
It is about 20 mins drive down to Paphos harbour. Here you can hire a speed boat or book a cruise on 'Wave Dancer 1'. This has been recommended for a 'memorable' time and you have various programmes to choose from e.g. Fireworks Night, Cypriot Night, VIP Sunset and more, the choice is yours.
For those of you who like to swim, there is the 'Waterpark' for a full day out, you will have the time of your life. There is go-karting and also horse riding. You can visit the historic treasures, including St Pauls pillar, the ancient mosaics, Tomb of the Kings to name but a few.
You can go further a-field and visit the Troodos Mountain, Lefkara for its famous lace making where you can watch the women sit and make the lace, Nicosia which is of course the capitol of Cyprus. Latchi fishing village. A choice of the 3 golf courses. Drive to the North of Cyprus and visit Famagusta, you may even wish to stay the night at 'Crystal Rocks Holiday Resort'.

A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking. The balance being payable 8 weeks before departure.
