This well established bungalow with private pool and secluded rear patio is situated in the heart of Protaras with all facilities in walking distance, there is everything from water sports to bars and restaurants with live shows and entertainment. To keep the kids amused there is ten-pin bowling, crazy golf, children's amusements and much more. In the town there are plenty of car and bike rentals where you can even rent quad bikes or have some fun in a beach buggy. You can even book trips to Trudos mountains jeep safaris or if you like fishing or the sea there are boat trips that take you up and down the coast.

Cleaning/towels/

Beach towels are not provided. There are clean towels and linen in the fitted wardrobes which can be used if required. The property will be cleaned before and after stay with any dirty linen and towels that has been used. |
Notes on accommodation
There are heaters in both the bedrooms which give out cold or hot air and in the main living room there is a air-conditioning unit which also gives out hot air for the winter months there is a charge for the remote of 4 euros a day.

Accessibility
This property only has 3 wide steps to front and rear but once in the villa everything is on 1 level.
Outside
The swimming pool is private and approx 10ft wide by 18ft long and is only approx 3.5ft deep which is ideal for non swimmers and children. The rear patio which has the sun all day long consists of sun loungers, patio table with chairs and umbrella.
Coast/Beach
Fig Tree Beach is a approx 10 min walk from the villa or a 2 min drive in a car or bike. The beach is a lovely golden white sand and the sea is as clear as can be with it's shallow water making it safe for the children. The Island off Fig Tree Beach is excellent for snorkelling with its colourful marine life.
Travel
The closest airport is Larnaca airport which takes about 45 min to get to the resort. Pick up from the airport can be arranged when bookings are made.
Further details
Local restaurants give an excellent value for money with a wide range of food to tease your appetite. As for supermarkets there are plenty of them in and around the main street but if you have a car the value for money supermarkets are on your way to Paralimni. There are plenty of banks down the main street but I have found the car and bike rentals give a better exchange rate at times. There is also a small water park in Penera which is a 15 min walk or if you like the big rides the water park at Ayia Napa is for you. You can book trips in the main street of Protaras.
