| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided for weekly or fortnightly stay. The property is cleaned after every use but should be left in the condition it was found. Beach towels are not provided. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning heats as well as cools there are spare duvets in every bedroom should they be required.
Accessibility
Although the villa is a bungalow there are 4 steps up the the side door and 5 wide steps up to the front door with large veranda at the entrance for easy access.
Outside
Front garden is landscaped, outside furniture is provided on 2 large balcoinies, both bedrooms open onto balconies, large 10m x 20m heated pool, 20m from front door. BBQ provided. Off road parking and secure gates to front of property. Development is gated at the entrance.
Coast/Beach
Small local beaches 10 minutes walk Coral Bay 5 mins drive.
Golf
3 large golf courses are in the local vicinity, details and costs etc can be provided if required.
Skiing
Skiing is the Troodos mountains is available at certain times of the year for more information please visit skicyprus.com.
Travel
The villa 20 mins drive from Paphos Airport (£20 in a taxi) although to enjoy the range of facilities on offer a car is reccommended. Car hire available, we can have our local agent waiting for you at arrivals with a name plaque for quick and easy transfer, price on application.
Distances
The villa is situated in an ideal peaceful location close enough to all amenities but far enough away from main roads bars etc. Chlorakas village is 5 minutes walk, Paphos Harbour is 6-7 minutes drive (£5 in taxi) Coral Bay is 5 minutes drive, shops and supermarkets can be found in Chlorakas Village (5 minutes walk) or Tomb of the Kings Road (10 minutes walk)

Booking notes
A £100 deposit is required at time of booking with full payment 3 months prior to arrival. A further £75 returnable deposit is required with full payment, this will be returned when the villa is cleaned and checked on departure.
