The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs, and fully furnished with all modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is only 30 seconds walk from the beach. It comprises an open plan living/dining room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It also has a balcony where you can sunbathe and enjoy unrestricted views of the Mediterranean. For your added comfort there is full air-conditioning and ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom. There is a TV, video, and CD player with a wide range of DVDs, videos, CDs, books and games if you feel like a quiet night in. Swim in the turquoise sea, relax in the beautiful landscaped gardens, have a game of tennis on the tennis court, enjoy a moonlit walk along the beach. There is a small minimarket, restaurant, and beach bar within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. However, we do recommend you hire a car to take full advantage of your stay. The apartment has under cover parking for one car.

Changeover day
Please note that we are flexible on changeover days, arrival and departure times. We do not usually request that our guests vacate at 10am or midday. Guests are normally able to stay until about two hours before their flight departure.

Bathrooms: Bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet, and washhand basin.
Kitchen: Kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar, full size electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, juicer, iron, ironing board, and clothes airer. Also all kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery etc.
Living Rooms: Open plan living/dining room has a sofa bed which sleeps two persons. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Table and chairs to seat four people. Two stools for breakfast bar. TV, radio, CD, video, DVD player. Large library of DVDs, videos, CDs, books, games.
Other: Balcony with two loungers, two chairs, table and umbrella.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All towels, beach towels, and bedlinen are included. The apartment is cleaned and bedding laundered before your stay. Spare bedding, towels etc also supplied. A weekly cleaning service is available at a charge of £8 Cyprus Pounds.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has the benefit of hot/cold air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and shutters to the bedroom windows. Price of the apartment includes electricity, handover of keys by our representative, who is on hand for you during your stay. We supply a complementary welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits, and bottled water. Further food supplies can be arranged on request. We have an information booklet at the apartment which gives details of the apartment, emergency hospital numbers, information on the surrounding areas, together with maps of the island, information leaflets and details of current events. If required we can provide a transfer service to and from the airport at a cost of £6 Cyprus Pounds each way. We also arrange car hire. The car can be collected from the airport or delivered to and collected from the apartment. Cost of car hire to be paid direct to the hire company who accept major credit cards and cash. A current driving licence is needed.

Outside
Yialos Village where the apartment is situated is an exclusive gated complex. Built on the beach it benefits from beautiful landscaped gardens. There is also a tennis court for the more energetic holidaymaker.

Coast/Beach
The beach is 30 seconds walk from the apartment. Complete your evening with a leisurely stroll along the beach to the local beach bar to enjoy a nightcap before you retire to bed. During the week the beach is a quiet location but if you prefer a more lively atmosphere you can visit Mackenzie Beach, 10 minutes drive away, where there are numerous restaurants and bars, deckchairs and umbrellas to hire, or Faros beach where there are water sports and a beach bar.

Travel
Larnaca Airport is ten minutes away from the apartment. Airport taxis charge approximately £8 Cyprus Pounds each way to the apartment. To make full use of your holiday on the island we would recommend that you hire a car as there are very few transport links. If you do not wish to hire a car, we provide details of taxi services who are reasonable priced.

Larnaca Town is 15 minutes drive away.
The nearest village, Meneou, is about 5 minutes drive.
Kiti and Pervolia, popular with British holidaymakers, are about 10 minutes drive away. These villages have numerous restaurants and bars.
Mazotos where there is a Camel Park is about 10 minutes drive away.
Zygi - famous for its fish restaurants - is about 30 minutes drive away.
Nicosia - is about 45 minutes drive away.
Limassol - is about 45 minutes drive away.

Further details
For an unforgettable day visit the Camel Park at Mazotos and dine at the restaurant in the Park. Mazotos is located about 10 minutes drive from Meneou. Mazotos benefits from beautiful sandy beaches where you can walk for miles.
Mackenzie Beach in Larnaca has a number of restaurants and bars catering for lovers of meat and fish mezes. There is also a swimming pool and gym available. The beach is sandy with easy access to the water. Sun beds and brollies are available for hire at a reasonable rate.
Larnaca Town - shop ‘til you drop as Larnaca has the major high street names well known to UK visitors and sells goods for even the most discerning shoppers. Stroll along the palm lined sea front promenade and ‘people watch’ while you enjoy refreshments at one of the many cafes, and internet cafes, bars or restaurants. Go to the Cineplex cinema complex with six screens, cafeteria and snack bar. Test your bowling skills in the bowling alley, or discover the old town with its quaint shops and indoor market. Visit the impressive 10th Century church of St Lazarus which is located in the town centre. It is a fine example of Byzantine architecture. Visit Larnaca Marina to view the boat of your dreams, or arrange a boat trip around the south of the island.
The areas of Agia Napa and Protoras offer beautiful beaches with turquoise seas. Water park, and all amenities such as restaurants, bars, and clubs are only 40 minutes car drive away.
Limassol is the second largest town on the island and benefits from a long and continuous beach with plenty of areas to take a dip in the sea. It has a promenade popular with walkers and joggers. If you want a change from sunning yourself on the beach, browse around Limassol’s vast array of shops, bars, and restaurants. You can also book a boat trip to Egypt for a long week-end. Trips are usually from April - October.

Booking notes
Our pricing structure is very competitive and is on a per week basis - not per person. We also cater for a per day basis ie 10 days. Pleae note that we cannot cater for single sex parties. For the comfort of our guests we also have a No Smoking policy inside the apartment.
We ask that payment is made in full 8 weeks prior to your booking. We require a £50 deposit which goes towards any damage, cancellation or breakages, and is refunded at the end of your stay.
