’Villa Bella’ is a well equipped villa with full kitchen facilities and air conditioned throughout. Enjoy the fantastic views from the large private garden, balcony or terraces. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin and a double sofabed in the lounge. There is a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor. Havana Park is a small prestigious development in the ancient village of Zeytinlik. There are several excellent restaurants in the village and many more sights to explore just a short drive away in Kyrenia.

Changeover day
We are flexible on arrival and departure days. We will try and accommodate arrival and departure times, depending on other bookings.

| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen with, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob and cold water dispenser. The kitchen contains every utensil you could need for a family meal or barbecue. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and storage area next to the downstairs shower room. |
| Living Rooms: | Large air conditioned open plan lounge and dining room with terraces leading to the front and rear gardens. There is a TV, DVD and CD player with a great selection of DVDs and CDs. Relax on the comfortable furniture whislt enjoying the open fire. |
| Other: | Rear terrace overlooking the large private garden with BBQ and dining table for 6. Sunloungers are provided to use on the patios or by the pool. |

Welcome pack, towels and linen are included (please provide your own beach towels). Cleaning is carried out before and after your stay. For 2 week lets there is a mid-let clean and linen/towel change included in the price. |

Outside
Large private garden well stocked with fruit trees, plants and palms. Extensive terrace areas with sunloungers and dining furniture. There rear terrace enjoys views of Kyrenia and the sea. The front terraces enjoy the mountain and pool view.
The large communal pool is opposite the villa and has large sunbathing terraces. There is a small children's pool.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of Northern Cyprus are an easy 10 minute drive away. There is a choice of unspoit natural beaches or private hotel beaches with full facilities.
Travel
The nearest airport is Ercan which has daily flights from the UK. Ercan is approximately a 40 mins drive to the villa. Tourist can also fly to Larnaca which is approximately an hour taxi transfer. We are happy to advise on the transfer. Car hire is very good value. Cars can be picked up at Ercan airport or delivered to the villa.
Distances
Zeytinlik village is approximately a 10 minute walk (downhill!)
Kyrenia is a 2 minute drive.
Further details
There is an excellent large supermarket at the bottom of the hill (1 minute drive away) where you can by everything. There are many small local supermarkets a similar distance. There are several banks in Kyrenia including a HSBC all with cash machines. Turkish Lira is the currency but sterling is widely accepted.
There are many wonderful sights to visit nearby including; St Hilarion Castle, Buffevento Castle, Kyrenia Castle and Museum and many boat trips from the harbour.
Slightly further afield is the beautiful unspoilt Karpaz Peninsular with miles of deserted beaches, Famagusta wall City and The Ancient Salamis Ruins.
From the Villa there are beautiful hill walks taking in the tranquility and wildlife of the area.
An outstanding new golf course has opened a 15 minute drive from the villa.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required with the balance and will be returned to your on your arrival in the UK. The total cost of the holiday must be paid if booked within 8 weeks of the chosen holiday date.
