Luxury townhouse villa with garden and patios. Located in the beautiful Apollo Beach Villas complex situated on the sea front in Chlorakas, close to Paphos. Two twin/double bedrooms (sleeps 4). Spacious suite on downstairs floor. Two bathrooms. The open plan living area features luxury furnishings with a welcoming and warm feel, large comfy sofas add a nice relaxing space for lazy evenings and there is a nice round dining area with seating for 6, with wonderful views over the pool and gardens. Air condition units in all rooms (charged separately). Direct access to communal swimming pool - 5m from patio.

Notes on accommodation
There are air conditioning units in all rooms. The air condition is payable separately on arrival, at CY£2.50 per unit per day. The cards you rent are universal and can be rotated from room to room. You decide how many cards you wish to rent.

Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for wheelchairs, due to its layout over 3 floors.
Outside
The outside areas include small front and back gardens, with two patios and walkway down to the lovely pool area. The shared infinity pool is only 7-8m from the patio. There are extra sun beds and umbrellas by the pool, as well as shower. The villa has 4 reclining sun chairs and two large sun beds, as well as lunch table and chairs for 4 persons.
Coast/Beach
Two local beaches are within 100m walk from the villa. These are lovely little sandy beaches with crystal clear waters - great for a refreshing little dip. There is a nice newly built sea front walkway along the sea from Apollo Beach and out along the coast for 25-30 mins. The larger sandy beaches at Coral Beach can be reached by bus or car, takes approx 10-15 mins.
Golf
There are 3 great 18 hole golf courses within a 45 minute drive of Paphos. Tsada is the closest, approx 20 minutes from the villa. This has been hugely upgraded over the past 6-12 months, and is now a very nice course. Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are both stunning and interesting courses, found a little further from Paphos, on the road to Limassol.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the winter months, up in Troodos mountain, approx 1 hour drive from the villa.
Travel
Paphos International is closest airport, only 15 mins by car. Larnaca airport is approx 1 hour 20 mins, on a new motorway.
Distances
The local village of Chlorakas is within walking distance, approx 15 mins. The Tombs of the Kings area of Paphos is 4 mins by car or bus, while the harbour area and old town are 10 mins away. All these areas can be reached with the local bus network also; bus stop is at the end of the road at Apollo.
Further details
Local supermarkets are available at several of the hotels in the area - closest is only 150m away.
Booking notes
Third of the total amount is payable shortly after making a reservation, the balance is payable approx 8 weeks before departure.
