The village has a good selection of tavernas and we are a short drive away from the lively town of Larnaca with beautiful beaches and stunning marina. The internationally acclaimed and award winning Waterworld in Ayia Napa is one of Cyprus’ key attractions. A hidden gem which is extremely accessible to the apartment. Waterworld is themed on ancient Greek mythology, boasting spectacular outdoor water based fun and is highly recommended.

Notes on accommodation
Smoking is only permitted on the veranda and not inside the apartment.
The apartment is perfectly located on the first floor overlooking the pool and has sea views. For small children we supply a bed guard, car seat and travel cot, swimming aids and floats. There are many extras in the apartment all catered for convenience.

Accessibility
The complex has a lift which is wide enough for a wheelchair. There are disabled toilets located by the pool and a slope to gain access to the pool area.

Outside
The veranda has a table with 4 chairs, and a further 2 loungers with a small table. In the store room there are 4 luxury sun loungers which belong only to our apartment.

The complex has its own changing rooms, toilets, showers, sun loungers situated by the poolside.

Coast/Beach
There are many beaches in Larnaca. The nearest beach is approximately 2km from the apartment. The main tourist beach is an award winning Blue Flag beach which is in Larnaca town. So you will have the choice of Beach/Marina/Shops/Restaurants. A great day out!

Special interest holidays
If you are a keen diver or interested in taking up lessons we have good contacts with Dive-in scuba school in
Larnaca, who offer daily single and double tank dive trips, night dives, island wide safaris, photographic dives and snorkel trips plus special fun dives for children aged 8+.

Travel
Larnaca airport is just 15 minutes drive away. Car hire is advisable, but depending on what your individual needs are, supermarkets and restaurants are a short walk away. We can arrange car hire on request. However, taxi's are readily available.

We can advise for flights and car hire. The apartment is located in a village and has restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, bars plus more.

Booking notes
The booking form can be downloaded from our website www.holidaylarnaca.com . It is advisable to confirm availability with us before booking your flights. 20% deposit is required to secure booking. Balance is to be paid 12 weeks before departure. £200 refundable damage deposit will be required.

Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros

For overseas guest wishing to pay in Euros, the damage deposit is paid on arrival.

About the owner
Hello and welcome, we are Helen & Paul. Helen is Cypriot, and has been coming to Cyprus since she was a baby (which is many years) We have been married for over 20 years and Paul fell in love with Cyprus from the first time he came 25 years ago and feels very much at home whenever he visits. We come to Cyprus every year with our children and they just love it. Our background has always been in the rental business. We like to look after our guests and make them feel at home and we take great pride in how we run our apartments. We always make sure we can be contacted and if our guests need anything then we will make sure that they get what they want. As long as it is not unreasonable, of course. We visit the apartments frequently to make sure they are always kept to a high standard.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought this apartment off plan and since then we have watched the village grow and it is so different from other villages. There is something special about Oroklini. The people are friendly and the shop owners make you feel welcome. Larnaca itself is not like the other big towns like Limassol, Nicosia and Paphos. Larnaca still has a lot of tradition and not too commercialised. This also reflects in the prices. Lets hope it always stays like that.

Unique benefits of the property
We are so happy with this property and know that we made the right choice. The apartment is situated perfectly overlooking the pools and sea views. The complex is only a 10 minute walk into the main village so it is nice and peaceful during the nights. The fact that you don't have to drive if you don't want to is perfect. That's what we call a holiday.
