Changeover day
For your convenience we do not have a specific changeover day,although this can depend on our schedule for the next attendant. Checking in and out times can be discussed according to your programme but we prefer checking in if possible during the day.

Notes on accommodation
A cleaner is available if required to come in during your stay for the extra charge of CYP£20 payable during your stay. The air conditioning is included in the price. Blinds are fitted in all bedrooms. A phone is not available but a pay as you go mobile phone can be lent to you if required.

Accessibility
Disability and Mobility Aided Features i.e for wheelchair users is unfortunately not provided for these houses.

Outside
Front garden with veranda fits a table for 6 which is provided. Rear lower level is suitable for sunbathing and also the large space can be used for barbecueing. BBQ is not provided but if required you can ask for information on getting one.

Coast/Beach
Curium beach is the nearest beach from Kolossi where you can enjoy nice and quiet time. The Ladies Mile beach has shallow waters and is safe for children. These beaches have restaurants where you can also enjoy a meal or a cold beer. Driving along the coast of Limassol a number of sandy beaches with cafes, bars and watersports are irresistable. There are tavernas and international cuisine restaurants along the coast. The Water Park is 10 mins away where a whole day of family fun can be spent.

Golf
Golf courses are found both in Limassol and about 20 mins drive to Paphos. Also scheduled Championships take place at the Aphrodite Golf Course (Paphos).

Skiing
During the winter time, Ski Slopes open in Troodos mount. where snow machines keep the slopes open for the whole season.

Travel
Paphos airport is around 40 mins from Kolossi and Larnaca airport almost an hour away. A car hire is recommended so that you can easily reach the nearby village facilities and for exploring the island. We can provide you with a car from our associated car hire company. We can also arrange to pick you up from the airport at an additional cost.

Distances
10 mins drive to Limassol. 40 mins drive to Paphos airport. Almost an hour drive to Larnaca airport. 25 mim drive to mountain region and 45 mins drive to Troodos Mount.

Further details
Local amenities which include kiosks and small supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, petrol station and hairdressers are found in Kolossi only walking didtance away and also fast food and take away restaurants like, Chinese, pizzeria and traditional Cypriot cuisine. Banks, pubs and other restaurants are in Kolossi and nearby villages where it is only a 5 mins drive away.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full rental cost is required to ensure and secure the booking. The full balance is required 45 days from travel date. A £100 damage deposit is required of which will be returned within a week after your return (subject to damage). Any bookings made within 45 days of travel will require the full payment.
