Completed in March 2007, the air-conditioned villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 x double en-suite and 2 x twins, and 3 bathrooms with the highest quality finish and furnishings throughout. The stylish open-plan kitchen and living area leads onto a spacious terrace furnished with table and chairs for alfresco dining by your private pool and landscaped garden. Located just 11km from Larnaca airport, the charming village of Pervolia offers you a taste of real Cypriot culture and cuisine. The villa is also ideally placed for the busier beach resorts of Larnaca (10 mins), Agia Napa (50mins), Limassol (45mins) and the rest of Cyprus. Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Bookings are available for any number of nights (e.g. 10). This would be charged at the price of the week plus 3 nights on a pro-rata basis.
Discounts are available for long winter lets of one month or more. Please contact us for more information. £100 supplement per week for Easter and Whitsun 2008. £50 discount for weeks between 29 September - 26 January.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday although we can be flexible.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with king size bed, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite. Double doors onto a private veranda with sea view. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning/heating. The living room has a double sofa bed. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite for master bedroom has shower, basin and WC. Family bathroom has bath, shower, basin and WC. Downstairs bathroom has shower, basin and WC. |
| Kitchen: | Lovely open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, perfect for having a glass of wine whilst chatting with family and friends whilst dinner is on the go. It comes complete with all the mod cons you would need to enjoy your stay. |
| Living Rooms: | This large light filled living room has 2 sets of French doors that open onto the terrace. Leather sofas, a dining table for up to 6 people and a TV with DVD player make this a lovely room to relax. |
| Other: | The villa also has a beautiful garden with private pool. Most of the garden is laid as patio with beds around the outside. Bougainvillia and Jasmine line the pergola and fence giving lovely colours and scents. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa has towels for all the family and the beds have cotton sheets and covers, with extra pillows and blankets available in bedroom cupboards. There is a cleaner that visits weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa has a front gate with a bolt, so is ideal for families with children. There is plenty of space on the villa gardens as well for children to play safely. The villa has air conditioning and heaters (if required) throughout for your comfort.
Sorry no smoking or pets in the villa.
Accessibility
This villa is suitable for someone with mobility problems. The entrance can be accessed by a small ramp suitable for a wheelchair. There is the sofa bed in the living room and also the downstairs shower room with WC.
Outside
With a south facing garden the pool area enjoys sun all day long. There are sun beds for sunbathing by the pool. The garden is also fenced to 6 feet all around so you have plenty of privacy. There is a parking space on the property for your hire care with no need to park on the road.
Coast/Beach
The villa is just 100m from a quiet family beach. For more activity there is a beach with water sports less than 500m or you can venture in to the beautiful sandy McKenzie Beach which is doesn't get too crowded but there are plenty of bars and restaurants. If you want it livelier you can go to Larnaca. Both Larnaca and McKenzie Beach are shallow beaches - great for children.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca which is 5 miles away. Car hire is recommended but not essential. The motorways are also just a short drive away.
Distances
Nearest supermarket is 1km though there is a convenience store 200m away. Pervolia village is less than about a mile away. There are a couple of bars, restaurants within 500m. Ayia Napa is 45 mins drive and Paphos about an hour.
Further details
The villa is in a great location just 100m from the beach and a mile from the lovely village of Pervolia with friendly local tavernas, a couple of great restaurants and a handful of shops. Local currency (the Cypriot Pound) can be drawn from cash machines but it is advisable to bring local currency with you, which can easily be obtained at most International Airports. You can also exchange traveller’s cheques at most hotels.
Booking notes
We require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The balance, together with a security deposit of £100, is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. The security deposit will be returned once the villa has been checked upon departure.
