Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Payments can be made by cheque, credit card or T/T directly to our account. Pool heat 350 euros per week payable on arrival. Min temperature 25 degrees C.
Changeover day
Preferable changeover day is Saturday however this is flexible.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users or people who have difficulty with stairs.
Outside
Full landscaped garden both at the front and rear of the villa. Large outside grass area next to the pool enjoying spectacular views of the ravine and sea equipped with 10 loungers. A large covered veranda with comfortable seating for 10 persons plus dining area for 10 persons overlooking the vanishing edge pool, ravine and sea.
The swimming pool is 13.2 X 5.6m and features a jacuzzi and pool stools. It is a chlorine free pool (working with salt). A separate kiddies paddling pool is positioned beside the swimming pool. Children must at all times be in the company of a responsible adult if using either pool.
A completely private roof veranda for sunbathing enjoying 360 degrees of spectacular views and very nice sunsets. Gas BBQ. Double aspect driveway at the front (In and Out) with a pergola covered double garage.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is only 10 mins walk from the property. The resort has also a beach club at Avdimou with bar and restaurant a shuttle bus operates from the Intercontinental Hotel which is 5 mins walk from the villa. There are 2 other beaches nearby at Aphrodite’s Rock and Pissouri both at 5-15 mins drive.
Golf
This 5* resort includes an 18-hole championship golf course, driving range, 3 hole golf academy course and excellent practise facilities. The Secret Valley and Tsada courses are also nearby.
Travel
Paphos airport is 17km from the resort (10-15 mins by car). Car hire is not required within the resort but necessary to enable visiting local villages outside resort.
