The villa is located on a quiet road in a peaceful area with sea views. It has a large private pool with patio area and outdoor brick built barbeque. The pool is set in a large landscaped garden. The villa has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One bedroom being an en-suite. There is also a separate bathroom and a separate WC. There is a large, spacious living room with two sofas and two sofa beds. There is also a large kitchen which has doors leading to the garden.

Changeover day
The changeover dates are flexible as are the arrival times however the villa is to be vacated by 4pm on the departure date however we may be flexible with this time if discussed in advance. This is to be arranged prior to arrival.

| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom one has a shower, sink and WC. Bathroom has a bath/shower over, WC and sink. Separate WC. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen/dining room has a oven and hob, a large fridge/freezer, washing machine,dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, filter coffee machine. There is also a large dining table. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has 2 leather and fabric sofas and also 2 chocolate brown sofa beds (single/double). There is a large coffee table and a fireplace. There is a large TV with DVD player also. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Ample clean towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned before and after your stay however a maid service once a week is optional at an extra charge. |
Notes on accommodation
There is air-conditioning throughout the property. During the Winter, electric heaters will be provided. The pool does have a deep end of 2.75 meters and children will have to be supervised.

Accessibility
The property is all on one level.
Outside
There is a large landscaped garden with a large swimming pool with a slide and with a deep end of 2.75 meters. There are sun loungers around the pool. As the garden is split level, there is space away from the pool for children to play etc. There is a shaded patio area with table and chairs and a brick built barbeque.
Coast/Beach
The Sea Caves are within 10 mins walking distance. The villa is situated within 5 mins walking distance of breathtaking hilltop views to the sea. The beach resort of Coral Bay which has restaurants and bars is only 10 mins away by car. Coral bay has a very large beach also with water sports. There are several other beaches in the centre of Pahos (Kato Paphos) which are 25 mins away by car from the villa.
Travel
The nearset airport is Paphos airport which is 25km away. Hiring a car is essential especially as apart from taxis, the buses are not very frequent.
Distances
The beautiful village of Peyia is only 2km away. The famous Lara Bay (Sea Turtles nesting area) is a half hour drive from the villa Also within a half hour drive are the Adonis Waterfalls.
The Tomb of the Kings is only a 15 min drive away. There are also reptile, animal parks and horse riding facilities within 10 mins drive from the villa. The lively resort of Kato Pahos is only a 25 min drive and has a wide selection of bars, restaurants and clubs and a beautiful harbour.
Further details
The nearby village of Peyia has some shops and mini-markets however for more choice of shops, being either supermarkets, gift shops etc can be found in the resort of Coral Bay. There are also banks and cash points in Coral Bay.
The town center of Ktima or also known as the Old Town which is a 25 minute drive away has many clothes shops, large supermarkets, traditional Cypriot tavernas, restaurants, banks, a cinema etc.
In Kato Paphos which is a 25 minute drive from the villa, there are also many shops and boutiques along the seafront walk, with restaurants and bars and tucked away is the famous Bar Street which is the livelier area with more restaurants, bars and clubs.
The castle at the harbour of Kato Paphos often hosts a variety of shows whether it be music or theatrical.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is taken on making a booking along with a £200 returnable deposit in case of damages. The full payment is to be received 6 weeks prior to the dates booked.
