| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and furnished balcony offering beautiful sea views. All the bedrooms have twin beds that can be made up to doubles as required and have wardrobes, hairdryers, security safe, air conditioning and ceiling fans. |
| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom comprises of a bath with overhead shower, sink and WC. Master en-suite includes walk in shower, sink and WC. There is an additional WC and sink situated downstairs. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted modern kitchen with built in hob and extractor. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, iron and board, fire extinguisher, smioke alarms and blanket are provided for your safety. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge area has a large leather L-shaped sofa with coffee table. LCD widescreen TV with surround sound DVD player. Large modern dining room table, air conditioning. Patio doors leading out to the garden. |
| Other: | Cots and highchairs can also be provided with prior notice. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week. A welcome pack is available free on arrival, including transfer from the airport to the villa and a selection of food and drink for your arrival. We have a local managment team who can assist you. |

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach Petra tou Romiou is located near to the entrance of Secret Valley, with some of the best beaches being located in Coral Bay.
Golf
The villa is situated 5 minutes drive from the championship standard Secret Valley and Aphrodite golf courses and approximately 30 minutes drive to Tsada golf course.
Skiing
The villa is situated approximately 50km from the Troodos mountains where skiing can be enjoyed in the winter months and walking all year round.
Travel
Nearest airport is Paphos approximately 10 minutes from Secret Valley.
Distances
Kouklia is the nearest village 5 minutes drive, with lovely quiet tavenas. Aphrodite hills resort is located within a 5 minute drive of the villa.
Paphos town centre approximately 15 minute drive.
Booking notes
To confirm booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid within 7 days and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Full payment will be required for late booking reservations within 8 weeks of your holiday departure. A security deposit of £200 is required for breakages and damage and will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure once the villa has been checked by the management team. Thank you.
