Within 15 mins drive from the historical Venetian harbour town of Kyrenia, and 20 minutes from Bellapais monastary village. It is 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest beach. There is a shop and bar/restaurant within walking distance and an abundance of shops and bars within a 5 minute drive. The apartment has a large roof terrace with in built BBQ, lighting, sink and shower. The roof terrace has spectacular views of the sea and mountains. Emerald Bay has 2 swimming pools for residents and guests only. The apartment has been finished and furnished to highest standards with marble floors throughout, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. The large kitchen has granite worktops and a balcony off overlooking the pools and sea. Our apartment comes with private parking to the rear.

Bed linen and bath towels are included but not beach towels. The property and linen are cleaned after guests' departure. |

2 minutes to coast line clifftop. 10 minutes stroll to the nearest beach.
Golf
Korneum golf and counrty club opened in Jan 2007 and is tucked away in the foothills of the five finger mountain range. The course is about a 25 min drive from our apartment past Esentepe and Alagadi beach. The club has a par 72 course with 18 international standard holes. Further facilities include a well stocked Pro shop, driving range, golf academy with 2 further acadamy holes, fitness centre, spa, hairdresser, massage and beauty palour, sauna, bars and restaurants.
Travel
Ercan airport is a 30 minutes drive away and in the north, Larnaca is 1 hour 15 minutes away and in the south. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Karshiyaka is a small village just 5 mins drive with a stunning beach.
Alsancak village is 8 mins drive and has a vast amount of restaurants.
Kyrenia town is 15 mins drive and is very cosmopolitan and a must to visit, the harbour is one of the most used pictures in travel books.
Bellapais Abbey is a 20 minutes drive and spectacular by day and floodlit at night, the village is world famous for the tree of idleness, where you can sit under and have a drink or meal in one of the many cafes.
Further details
Lapta has a new attraction this year, a water park. It is just 6 minutes drive from the apartment.
Karshiyaka has a working olive press which can be visted and oil purchased just a 5 mins drive away.
Banks and exchange can be found in Kyrenia on most streets.
The tourist information office can be found set into the wall on Kyrenia harbour, also the harbour area is the place to book boat trips on the local gullets these leave daily and for varying lengths of time.
Quite a few hotels offer scuba diving and in Kyrenia harbour you can book dives.
Northern Cyprus is famous for flora and forna and walking is a very popular pastime walks can be arranged at the tourist information office in Krenia harbour.
