This newly built first floor apartment, is ideally positioned on the prime location of the 'Universal Site' of Kato Paphos. Approx 15 mins drive to the Airport. Suitable for couples and all age groups as you are within walking distance to the harbour/seafront and beach where you will find an abundance of bars, restaurants, jewellery, leather & souvenir shops. Car hire is not essential to enjoy this holiday unless you wish to visit the numerous places of interest that Cyprus has to offer. This can be arranged for on request. Bar Street is only 10 mins walk where you can have a drink and just stroll home, no need to think about a taxi or having to drive. The closest kiosk is about 3 mins walk where you can buy fresh bread daily and everything else which a kiosk has to offer, next to this is a taverna where meals are large and reasonably priced. You are approximately 30 minutes drive to 3 Championship Golf courses.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: The bedroom contains twin beds, built-in wardrobes, vanity unit, bedside table with lamp and a hairdryer. Window overlooks the swimming pool and patio doors lead out onto the balcony.
Bathrooms: It is a luxury family sized bathroom comprising bath/shower over with a shower screen, wc and handbasin.
Kitchen: A fully fitted kitchen contains a built-in hob, extractor fan, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, iron/ironing board. Breakfast bar with seating 4 people, all crockery etc, in fact everything you need including tea towels.
Living Rooms: The open planned lounge features a satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, 3 seater settee (sofabed), armchair and stool. Patio doors lead onto a large furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool with its underground changing rooms and landscaped gardens.
Other: No utility room but there is a fitted cupboard which holds cleaning equipment eg mop/bucket, brushes etc.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment is cleaned prior to arrivals and on departure. All towels and bedlinen are included except for beach towels. Bedding and towels are changed weekly. A 'welcome pack' awaits your arrival.

Notes on accommodation
Oil filled radiator and halogen heater available during winter months. A travel cot can be arranged on request.

Accessibility
This property is unsuitable for people with mobility problems as this is a first floor apartment and assessible by stairs only.

Outside
The developer has included some sun beds and sun umbrella's for around the pool. As well as a large shared pool there is also a 'children's/babies' pool. Showers and underground changing rooms as well as WCs. We have a parking space outside the apartment.

Coast/Beach
The closest beach is about 15 mins walk from the apartment but this is quite small and more pebbles than sand. You could catch a bus or drive to Coral Bay which is in my opinion the best beach. It is a beautiful sandy beach with clear water, you can hire sun umbrellas, sun beds etc. There is also a cafe for snacks and drinks.

Golf
A choice of 3 golf club are only about 15/20 mins drive from the apartment. Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, Paphos is an 18-hole standard championship golf course. It follows scenic contours of the 2 plateaux that are divided by a central ravine. The clubhouse offers a breathtaking view to the golf course.
Tsada Golf Club is set in the hills around the valley of Tsada, 15km north east from the city of Paphos. It is set on the gounds of a 12th century monastery. Situated as it is, the altitude of 550m above sea level ensures a cool breeze during the summer months.
The Secret Valley Golf Club is approx 10 mins drive from Paphos town centre and is 18 holes. The resort is in close proximity to the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love, it offers panoramic views, tranquility, fresh air and a dryer climate.

Travel
Paphos Airport is approx. 15 minutes drive away.
A taxi can be arranged to collect you at the airport and deposit you back there at the end of your holiday or car hire can be arranged on your request. It is not essential unless you wish to visit the numerous places of interest that Cyprus has to offer.

Distances
Due to its prime location, you have numerous places of interest that are within walking distance. Paphos harbour and fort where you can hire a boat or book a cruise on Wave Dance 1 for a memorable time. You have the archaeological site with the mosaics and ampitheatre and further along the Tomb of the Kings. If you like swimming then you can walk to the Waterpark for a full day out, it is well worth a visit or take a walk to the market, a fair walk but if its too hot, you can stop for a drink.

Further details
English is probably the 'second' language spoken there. Now that they have joined the EU, they have numerous speed cameras/speed traps. The Cypriots drive on the same side of the road as ourselves. They use the same 13 amp plugs so no need for travel plugs etc. Most shops close at 13.00 hours except for the bigger stores e.g. Carrefour. Most kiosk's stay open until very late. You will find lots of ATMs so no need to worry about running out of money. Petrol is quite cheap. If a petrol station is not open 24 hours you will find the ones with an automated cash machine.

Booking notes
A deposit of 20% of the total price secures your booking (non-refundable). Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to holiday.

It is 'home from home' and we love it. It is a 'beautiful' apartment, clean and well thought out. We have stayed here for 2 weeks each year since it was built. What better recommendation than this? Tony & Lorraine, Worsley, Manchester.

We had an excellent week & preferred the apartment to the 4 star hotel we usually stay at. We definitely intend to return and Dave will be recommending to his customers - Carole and Dave from Peterborough.
