Our apartment is in a lovely complex that boasts both a swimming pool and fully equipped gymnasium. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has air-conditioning throughout. It has all mod cons in the kitchen including a microwave and washing machine. There is satellite TV and a DVD player with a good current film selection. The balcony runs the width of the apartment with access from both the lounge and the master bedroom through french windows. The view from the balcony is of the sea and countryside. It is a beautiful view to wake up to in the morning. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the centre of the village and is set in a very quite, peaceful area. There are many other fantastic places on the island to visit. Nicosia is a 30 minute drive and well worth a visit. The glorious beaches of Ayia Napa and lively nightlife is a 20 minute drive away and you can reach Paphos in just over an hour. The Troudos mountains are also within an hours drive and are a must for any visitor.

We have a local car hire contact in Larnaca who is able to offer preferential car hire rates. He also also able to meet and greet at Larnaca airport and direct customers to our apartment.

Distances
Larnaca is 10 minutes drive, Nicosia is 1 hour drive, Paphos is 1 hour drive. Beaches and nightlife of Ayia Napa is 20 minutes drive.

Further details
There is a great selection of traditional Cypriot tavernas and restaurants in the village of Oriklini, all within walking distance to the apartment. Oriklini has a small supermarket, bakery and bank.

Booking notes
20% deposit required to reserve apartment. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Balance should include refundable breakages deposit (£75).
