Situated just above the delightful village of Pegia this apartment offers lovely views down to the coastline. 30 minutes drive from Paphos airport. The traditional Cypriot village of Pegia with its tavernas, bars, supermarkets and banks is only a 10 minute walk away and is a great area to visit in the evenings. Coral Bay beach which offers some of the best beaches in the Paphos area is a 5 minute drive. This apartment offers beautiful sea views, privacy, peace and quiet. There are two swimming pools to choose from within the project as well as an allocated parking space.

Outside
Two swimming pools to choose from. One is a 4x8m pool directly below the apartment. There are shower, changing room and toilet facilities by the pool. Also a 4x12m pool to the side of the apartment. This apartment has a large patio with outside seating on a 2 and a 3 seater sofa. Outside dining table with 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds on the balcony.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay beach is 3km away which is a 5 min drive. Coral Bay is one of the most popular and attractive beaches that Paphos has to offer and has many bars and restaurants to sample as well as a couple of nightclubs for those that want to party the night away. Reasonably priced taxi service is available night and day for those that do not want to drive. A 15 min drive will take you into the Akamas National Park where you can find kilometres of unspoilt and empty coastline.
Golf
Three golf courses within 45 min2s drive. Tsada golf course 30 mins away. Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf courses 45 mins drive away.
Skiing
There is limited skiing in the Troodos Mountains January and February.

Paphos airport is 30 mins drive away. Approx 30km.
