Outside
The villa is surrounded by a stone wall topped with lighting and a private 'gated' driveway to the left hand side of the villa provides parking for a number of vehicles. The secluded private swimming pool has roman steps to one end and a maximum depth of 1.5m and is surrounded by a large travetine terrace area providing plenty of sunbathing space. There are 3 circular tables with sun-brollies, eight chairs, 4 adjustable loungers (with padded lounger covers) and 2 small lounger side tables. In addition a number of pool inflatables are also provided.
Coast/Beach
There are a number of beaches which can be accessed from the villa. The nearest is 'Escape Beach' which has extensive facilities including a bar/restaurant, Loungers, parasols etc. and this is 10 mins by car from the villa.
Travel
Ercan Airport is located in the North of Cyprus and is approximately 30 mins drive Larnaca Airport is located in the South of Cyprus and is approx 60 mins drive. Please note that you are now allowed to cross the border between the North & South (with Passport) but a car hired in the South will require additional insurance to be purchased at the border for cover in the North and cars hired in the North cannot travel to the South.
Distances
The nearest shop is approx 10 mins walk and this is a mini-supermarket with a delightful family owned restaurant adjacent to this. Within 10 mins drive there are a number of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and ATM's. The Main town Kyrenia with its beautiful harbour is approx 20 mins drive.
Booking notes
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is required not less than 8 weeks prior to letting together with a £150 security bond. The bond will be returned within 14 days of departure subject to any appropriate deduction in respect of any damage. Should it be necessary to cancel once payment has been made the following will be applicable: 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded, 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded, Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
