On entering through the front door you are instantly hit with lots of space and light which shines through the picture windows.
On the ground floor you have a luxury fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave plus all the crockery and utensils that you can think of.
Dining room table with seating for 6 for more formal dining plus breakfast bar for preparing food and chatting.
Through to lounge which has TV, DVD, music centre and large comfortable leather sofas.
Also on the ground floor is twin bedroom and en-suite plus cloakroom.
From the lounge walk out to a large veranda where the 10x5 swimming pool is positioned within private garden area plus covered parking.
On first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and further twin bedroom with en-suite family bathroom.

Downstairs cloakroom is situated off the lounge. The lounge has television, DVD and music centre plus patio doors to the ground floor veranda. Completing the ground floor is a twin bedroom with ensuite family bathroom. Upstairs there is double bedroom with en-suite shower room and further twin bedroom with en-suite family bathroom.

Coral Bay is 10 mins walk. Peyia is 10 mins drive. Within 10 mins drive is water sports, tennis, horse riding, Paphos bird and Animal Park, Crazy golf and much more.
