The grounds are landscaped and the design is modern and attractive with a balcony and views over the mountains. The apartment which is fully furnished has an entrance hall, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower, wc and whb. There is a spacious lounge with fully fitted kitchen and balcony. Air conditioning throughout.

Living Rooms: Three seater sofa bed, dining table and chairs, coffee table,TV cabinet, and glass fronted cabinet. Combined radio CD and tape player, television with integral DVD and ipod dock. Sliding full length glazed door leading out on to balcony. Marble flooring.

Linen and towels provided including beach and pool towels. Maid service available as required otherwise weekly change of linen and towels.

Outside
The pool is private to the apartment occupiers only and is situated to the rear affording privacy and sun bathing area. Size 11m x 5m. There are two sun loungers available exclusively for the use of guests.

Coast/Beach
The closest beaches are only 5 minutes drive, with a variety of large sandy beaches and coves including turtle beaches within 15/20 minutes drive along the spectacular unspoilt coastline. For the more adventurous, the Karpas penninsular offers a remote and unspoilt rugged coastline with superb beaches and vistas.

Golf
New 18 hole golf course and academy approx 15 minutes drive.

Travel
Ercan airport (20 minutes) Larnaca airport (45 minutes).Transfers can be arranged as required. Car hire recommended for exploring and can be arranged, however the apartment is very close to bars, cafes and shops providing and excellent range of local facilities within easy walking distance.

Distances
The apartment is quietly situated in a residential area of the town, and is an ideal base for those wishing to explore North Cyprus, its history and its culture.

Further details
Many historical sites and hilltop castles with views of Hillarion Castle visible from the apartment. Five finger mountains are renown for their magnificant walks and for their fauna and flora in the spring months. Other activities include diving, para gliding and there is a wide variety of restaurants to cater for all pockets and tastes within easy walking distance from the apartment. Local shops and supermarkets are also within easy walking distance.

£100 deposit secures a booking with full payment within 4 weeks.

Guest comments
October 2008. The apartment is lovely and in a good location. I swam in the pool for 2 hours every day and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset behind the mountains each evening. A great holiday allowing me to recharge my batteries in readiness for the busy pre-Christmas months at home. Thank you Hugh, Norman and Gill.
September 2009. This was our first visit to North Cuprus and we were unsure what to expect. Very pleased to say that we enjoyed our time here. We would agree with others to say that Hugh's apartment is perfect, the location is great and to sit on the balcony at night with views of St Hilarian Castle is magical. We would recommend hiring a car even for a few days to explore further afield. Salamis is a must if you like Roman ruins, and Famagusta is also worth a visit as is Nicosia. We found the local people to be very friendly and helpful. Great hols - sorry to be going back to cold England today. Vicky and Mary, Tamworth.
