Our recently completed high spec townhouse in a small development located in the Peyia hills overlooking Coral Bay. It has 3 balconies with views of the hills, sea and pool. The largest 10x10 balcony looks up into Peyia hills. Air conditioning is supplied in the lounge/dining area and the bedrooms. Ample storage space throughout. Covered car parking beneath the apartment with space for one car. It’s a great base for exploring the island including Aphrodites Rock, Akamas nature reserve, Tomb of the Kings, The Troodos Mountains, Paphos, Nicosia or some of the many scenic villages like Polis or the tranquil fishing village of Latchi. There are also 3 Golf courses nearby, Aphrodites Hills and Secret Valley both east of Paphos and one at Tsada.

Notes on accommodation
Welcome pack (basic or comprehensive). The property has heating and cooling air conditioning units to the lounge and both of the bedrooms. We would strongly recommend that young children are accompanied on the balconies at all times.
3 balconies, 1 with a view of the private pool, 1 with sea views and the largest having views of both the sea and Peiya hills. Patio furniture (table and 6 chairs) and a couple of sun loungers are supplied for the balconies.
The property is finished to the highest standard and was built by one of the Peyia area's premier developers.

Accessibility
This property would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems as it is two storey.
Outside
For your convenience changing rooms, showers and toilets are located near the pool. The property is situated in a brand new exclusive development that share a large communal pool. Covered car parking is provided beneath the apartment with space for one car.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay is the nearest beach and is classified as safe by its Blue Flag rating, this can be found 5 mins drive away. Further beaches can be found at Ayios Georgios and along the coast road to Paphos. For those of you who like to explore the island there are many more coves and beaches to be found by car on the North East coast particularly in the Polis bay.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses nearby - Tsada Golf Club is a rolling hilltop course located in village of Tsada approx 10 miles North East of Peyia. Two further courses are located 20 miles away, both 12 miles east of Paphos. Aphrodite Hills' is a very good test with spectacular views of ‘the Rock’ and its very scenic contours divided into two plateau's by a central ravine. There's a Spa on site and the Clubhouse offers excellent dining. Secret Valley neighbours Aphrodite Hills and is set inland in a gorgeous natural tree lined valley and has stunning rock formations. It offers great playability and has a superb Clubhouse.
Skiing
Skiing can be enjoyed in the Troodos Mountains between January - March. Troodos is an all year round attraction and offers hiking and biking in the hotter months. Troodos is about 3/4 hour drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos approx. 30 mins drive. Although the village with all its facilities is a short walk away we would recommend car hire in order to further explore and enjoy the Island. For extra peace of mind Cypriot's drive on the left and you will find road signs and traffic lights similar to those in the UK. Buses and taxis are also a good, inexpensive and reliable method of transport. The buses run from Coral Bay to Paphos Harbour and Paphos Market with exceptional frequency.
Distances
Peiya village is 5 mins walk where there are several traditional tavernas, supermarkets, bakery, butchers, deli, pharmacy and three banks all with Link ATM's. Coral Bay is 5 mins drive away and as well as the beaches you'll find numerous restaurants, bars and hotels. The property is ideally situated to explore the stunning Akamas peninsular with its world famous Lara Bay (turtle sanctuary). Visit the harbour at Agios Georgios and the beautiful fishing village of Latchi is 45 mins.
Further details
There are numerous restaurants and tavernas close by that offer a diverse range of foods from that you'd find in the UK to many of the local specialities. Try the Neptune fish Restaurant and the Chinese at Coral Bay. There's also the Olive Tree at Polemi which is an absolute must for traditional grilled fair and it's unbelievably cheap Meze. You'll find more favourites as you travel around including Periclis on the hillside at Nata (book for Sunday buffet it gets very busy) or the hilltop restaurant at Petra Tou with stunning views of Aphrodites rock. All of the above are frequented by locals who make them all great places to dine. For young families there is a water park on the east side of Paphos (#15 bus from Coral Bay will take you there) also find Go-karting, and a variety of water sports. Quality Car hire is cheap and widely available either book before you go or arrange while you are there - note that hire is a minimum of 3 days but you'll easily find a small car for £15/day
Booking notes
Please call. 20% deposit when booking, the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is within 6 weeks of arrival then full payment is required. £100 security deposit is also required with the final balance then the keys will be forwarded to you. The deposit will be refunded, unless there is damage/losses incurred, after key return.
