Well stocked gardens to all sides of the villa. Driveway parking area. 3 terraces all with lighting and all accessed from the villa, for al fresco dining. Rear terrace is shaded. 3 patio tables, 12 chairs with cushions, 2 reclining chairs with cushions. A 9m x 4.5m private pool with underwater lighting, and access from roman style steps and ladder. WC facilities. Outdoor pool shower. 6 adjustable loungers with mats, drinks tables, 4 parasols. There is extensive terracing around the pool bordered by gardens and dwarf walls with outdoor lighting. BBQ patio area with large, oval stone dining table, plastic glasses for outdoor use.
Coast/Beach
Çatalköy beach with beach bar, loungers and parasols for hire, diving board into sea, only 5 mins drive.
Acapulco complex with all facilities and water sports, only 10 mins drive. Numerous other coves and beaches within 10 mins drive.
Golf
Superb new Korineum Golf & Country Club approx 10 min drive towards Esentepe. All facilities (incl Spa/Restaurant etc.)open to non-members.
Travel
Ercan Airport is only approx. 30 mins transfer to villa.
Owners arrange car hire for guests. Airport transfers from/to Ercan free with car hire. Transfers from/to Larnaca £30 up to 4 persons, £40 for + 4 people each way. Car hire is considered essential.
Distances
Catalkoy village 1 mile. Kyrenia approx, 5 miles/10 mins drive. Convenient for Bellapais Abbey, Buffavento Castle and St Hilarion Castle. Nicosia approx. 30 mins drive.

Catalkoy has a good selection of small local shops for daily requirements, with larger supermarkets on the costs road for all your catering requirements. Weekly (Wed) food market in Kyrenia. The area generally and Kyrenia itself are well served by restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines. Football, water park, horse riding in Catalkoy. Quad biking in Lapta (approx. 20 min drive), fishing/paragliding Kyrenia. Karpas Peninsula, Golf, Lara Beach Turtle Project. Flora/fauna walks.
