The apartment is cleaned for your arrival with the beds made up and clean towels for your arrival. Additional cleaning/laundry change, can be arranged at an extra charge. For bookings of 3 weeks or more, we will arrange a complementary change of bedding/linen.

Notes on accommodation
The many facilities on the complex makes this an ideal base for families and couples who enjoy the beach, pools and sports facilities. Locally there are scuba diving clubs, paragliding as well as the new golf club which has a restaurant and luxurious spa facilities. Strictly no smoking in either apartment.
Accessibility
Being a ground floor apartment it has no steps, making it easier for people with mobility problems and parking is directly outside the front door.
Outside
There are sun loungers and patio furniture on the large terrace. There are various sized and shaped pools, all have BBQ areas and one pool is heated in the winter at management co's arrangement. The landscaped grounds have many paths leading to the bistro, bar, sports facilities, gym's, playground, shop and beaches. There are a few steps around the complex leading to some of the pools. There is a small children's pool within the pool across from the front of the apartment. The pool near the ground floor is all one level, making it ideal for children. The many facilities will suit families with children of all ages as well as couples and golfers.
Coast/Beach
There are 2 beach coves, 1 to either side of the complex which can be easily accessed by foot. One is being made sandy/ decking area and has a stone pier to access the sea. Alternatively Alagadi beach, Vogue Beach Club and the Acapulco Hotel with private beach are only a short drive away. The apartment is also ideally placed for the Karpas Peninsula which has some of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches in the Med.
Golf
The apartment is 500m from the brand new Korineum Golf and Country club where they have an 18 hole championship course, academy and a driving range. The golf club also has spa facilities and a superb restaurant.
Travel
Ercan airport in Northern Cyprus is only 30-40 mins drive away. Alternatively you can fly into Larnaca airport in the south of the island and we can arrange for transfers through one of two car hire companies or with the management company on-site. We can arrange your car hire too so that it is waiting for you at the apartment or Ercan Airport.
Distances
Esentepe village is only 5 mins drive away where there is a local supermarket, butchers, and various shops. There is now a number of restaurants a short drive away and two new large supermarkets and petrol station. Alagadi beach is worth a visit during the day and by night you can experience the Loggerhead and Green turtles laying their eggs around May and the eggs hatching around August/ September. Kyrenia is about a 20 mins drive away and is famous for its harbour.
Further details
There are many restaurants, casinos, supermarkets and banks on the way to and in Kyrenia. There are many historic places to visit including St Hilarion and Buffavento castles, and Bellapais abbey. There are a number of scuba diving clubs, horse riding and paragliding locally as well as a ten pin bowling alley with it's own amusement arcade. North Cyprus has many interests to suit everyone and is very relaxing and scenic.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required at time of booking. Excess electricity over 70 units per week in the summer is taken from the bond. The remaining balance plus a £100 breakages bond is due 8 weeks prior to departure. The bond (less any costs for damages) will be returned within 7 days after the departure and once the key has been returned.

I love how North Cyprus is still unspoilt and is not commercialised. The Esentepe area is beautiful and has developed vastly over the last 6 years and now has everything you need your your doorstep. The people in North Cyprus are truly friendly and love to make you feel welcome. We go over every year and come back totally relaxed.
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is on a complex which is pretty self contained. It has 7 pools and any can be used so you could vary each day if you wanted. There are beach coves, mini market and since the bistro opened a choice of places to eat in walking distance. The apartment is furnished to be home from home and are comfortable and relaxing inside.
