Notes on accommodation
The apartment is furnished to a high standard and a high chair and travel cot is provided free of charge. A digital security safe is available to store your valuables. Everything in the apartment is provided free of charge, there are no hidden costs. There are air-cConditioning units in the bedroom and lounge. These also emit heat for those cool winter evenings.

Accessibility
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be easily accessed by lift to a private lobby shared by 2 other apartments. The lift will easily accommodate wheelchair users.
Outside
This luxurious development is truly 5 star with stunning landscaped gardens and a large shared pool serviced by a poolside bar in summer. Sunbeds and parasols are provided for your use. A poolside clubhouse is open year round where you can also arrange use of the gym, sauna, jacuzzi and therapy treatments. The apartment has 2 balconies, the lounge overlooking the gardens and the bedroom overlooks the pool. Both balconies are furnished with table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is literally a short stroll from the apartment. Serviced by a beach hut serving snacks and drinks. If you wish to travel further afield the bus stop is directly outside the complex which can take you wherever you need to go.
Golf
Conveniently located close to Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills Golf Clubs.
Travel
Transfer time from Paphos Airport is 15 mins. Transfers can be arranged through the owner. Car hire may also be arranged although this is not essential as the apartment is close to all amenities, bars and restaurants and is situated on the main bus route.
Distances
Paphos Harbour is an easy 10 minute stroll. Tomb of the Kings Site is a 10-15 min walk. The local beach is 5 mins walk. Coral Bay is a 15 min bus ride.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required on booking with the remainder of the balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure. We will hold all bookings for 48 hours before deposit is due in order to accommodate flight bookings (we are flexible with this).
