Private garden with top of the range 6 person hot tub/spa. Within walking distance of an unspoilt coastline, local tavernas and shop. Paphos town and harbour is a 10 minute drive with an abundance of restaurants, cafes, shops, tavernas, pubs and nightclubs. 2 top quality golf courses within 5-10 minutes drive away. The Troodos Mountains with exceptional scenery and walks are 55km away and there are many wineries en route.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible.
The villa will be available from 3 p.m on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.

Accessibility
The village of Mandria is situated on virtually even ground. Our villa is Wheel chair accessible and the downstairs accommodation is suitable for people finding it difficult to climb the stairs (downstairs bathroom & 3 seater bed seattee).
Outside
Private garden comprising of large tiled patio areas, with quality garden table and 6 chairs, sun loungers, and top of the range 6 person hydrotherapy hot tub/spa. BBQ to be installed late 2007.
Coast/Beach
The secluded beaches are tranquil, as they have not yet been discovered by the masses of tourists that swarm into Paphos. Mandria Bay is only a 20 minute walk from the villa through fruit and peanuts plantations. The area is very flat, making it easy to use pushchairs. You can find the busier beaches in Paphos and Coral Bay which is about a 20 minute drive from Mandria.
Golf
5 - 10 minutes drive from Aphrodite Hills & Secret Valley Golf Clubs.
20 minute drive from Tsada Golf Club.
All providing a good test to what ever handicap.
Travel
It is only 6km from Paphos Airport to Villa Stefadis.
Car hire is recommended as there is plenty to see on the island of Cyprus.
Distances
Paphos town centre is 15 minute drive away.
Booking notes
A £100GBP deposit is required to secure your booking.
The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the hire commencement date. Payment will include an extra £100GBP to cover any damage or breakages. This £100GBP will be refunded within 2 weeks of completion of your holiday, less any cost of damages, breakages or loss of goods.
