Our luxury air-conditioned apartment is situated on a small select development on the edge of Emba village next to orchards over looking the pool. The apartment enjoys wonderful views out over the orchards towards the sea at Coral Bay. Only 2km north of Paphos this is the ideal base to explore both Paphos and Coral Bay. Being close enough to all the restaurants and nightlife of Paphos and the glorious sandy beaches at Coral Bay yet enjoying the more tranquil Cypriot life when you want it by relaxing by the pool or visiting the small tavernas in the village.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds for up to 5 people. This includes a complimentary welcome pack, air conditioning/heating and all bedlinen and towels (except beach towels). Long term winter lets available from November to March.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 4pm but this could be earlier by prior arrangement. Departure should be by 11am but again this could be later by prior arrangement.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with 5ft bed, dressing table, hairdryer, safe and en-suite.
Bedroom 2 - twin beds plus z-bed, patio door to balcony with chairs.
Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, ceiling fans, air conditioning units and black out blinds.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 En-suite to bedroom 1 with large walk in shower, WC, wash basin and vanity unit.
Bathroom 2 Bath with shower over, WC, wash basin and vanity unit. Heated towel rails in both bathrooms.
Kitchen: Electric cooker, ceramic hob, hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron/ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and clothes airer. Cool box. Fire extinguisher.
Living Rooms: Open plan. Dining table and chairs. 2 sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, CD player, air-conditioning. Patio doors leads onto a balcony overlooking pool and gardens furnished with table and chairs. Guide books and maps. Smoke alarm.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival. Towels and linen are included. Towels and linen are changed weekly on bookings of 2 weeks and over. Please provide your own beach towels.

 

Notes on accommodation
Our bright and spacious apartment was new in 2005 and has been furnished to a very high standard. A first aid kit is provided as well as a smoke detector and fire extinguisher for your safety. A mobile phone has been left in the apartment for our guests to use. Wall mounted heaters have also been installed for cooler months in both bedrooms and the lounge and heated towel rails have been installed in the bathrooms.
An electronic wall mounted safe has been fitted for guests valuables. Our English run management company are on hand for any problems or emergencies. A complimentary welcome pack is included in the price together with air conditioning (there is no extra charge for this). Guide books and leaflets have been left in the apartment for guests to use. We would appreciate if people could refrain from smoking inside our apartment smoking on the balconies is permitted.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor and is served by both stairs and lift which has an opening width of 77cm. The smallest door clearance in the apartment is to the bathroom which is 64cm. The bedroom door width is 74 cm and there is ample room to manoeuvre around one side of the bed.

There is a small lip from the car parking area into the lobby which is a couple of cm.

The pathed pool area is reached by steps and ramp and there is a pathed area to the gazebo. The remainder is shingle.

Outside
A large 12 x 6m (approx) shared pool set in communal gardens with sunloungers, wooden gazebo and picnic benches. Pool showers. Allocated under cover parking.

Coast/Beach
The sandy beaches at Coral Bay is approximately 10 minutes by car. The nearest beach to the apartment is about 5 minutes by car.

Golf
There are three 18 hole golf courses within half an hour of the apartment. The closer being Tsada which is only about 15 minutes drive from the apartment.

Skiing
Skiing can be enjoyed from January-March in the Troodos Mountains which are about one and half hours drive from the apartment.

Travel
Paphos Airport 25 mins. Larnaca Airport 80 mins. Car hire recommended to get the most out of your holiday.

Distances
Emba village lies inland between Paphos and Coral Bay. It enjoys a slightly elevated position and benefits from sea breezes keeping the apartment cool in the summer months.
The tavernas, mini supermarket and bank are within walking distance. Both Coral Bay with its sheltered beaches and Paphos with all of its archaeological sites and nightlife are within a 10 minute car journey. Troodos Mountains can be reached within an hours drive and is well worth venturing out to.

Further details
Paphos is very laid back and very family friendly with English widely spoken. There are numerous things to do and see in the area. The village of Emba has the Byzantine Church of Panagia Chryseleousa dating back to the 12th century. In Paphos Harbour you can hire boats or go on organised boat trips. There are many water sports available including scuba diving. Aphrodite Water Park is well worth a visit. Other ideas include horse riding, canoeing, jeep safaris, go-karting, mini golf, bird and reptile parks, wine tasting, fishing, golf and ten pin bowling.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure together with a £100 key/damage deposit, which will be refunded within 14 days of return. Payment may be made by cheque or credit/debit card. Baby equipment can be hired direct from our agents for a very reasonable fee.
