Notes on accommodation
As owners live locally and are from the UK Hospitality Industry anything is possible just ask. Previous requests range from baby packs, barbecue packs, beers packs, baby sitting even a request to cook! The villa is perfect for families with the pool having large Roman steps, lawn, toys, highchair, cot, buggy, steriliser (all Mothercare). It is restful for adults with mature garden, library and games.
A car is not necessary however one can be booked on request as can golf, spa treatments, horse riding, scuba diving etc.
Just up the road from the fabulous Coral Beach Hotel where day passes can be purchased for access to an indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi,gym, spa and all the outdoor pool areas , kids pay stuff included all at a very reasonable rate

Outside
Patios doors lead from both the lounge and dining areas to the outside dining terrace complete with table and 6 chairs and large parasol. The private swimming pool has solar heating thus extending the swimming season. The large Roman steps are ideal for younger children sitting and playing on or for ease of access. A large patio surrounds the pool with the sun loungers and large parasol. There is a large lawned area to the front and professionally landscaped gardens to all sides, incorporating fruit trees and local palms. There is a brick built barbecue perfect for those nights in, external lighting including internal pool light and external stereo speaker to complete the ambience.

Coast/Beach
The villa was chosen for its position between two of the best beaches on the island. They are both 5 minutes away, the villa is equidistant between Coral Beach and Coralia Beach, both blue flagged beaches, they both offer a range of water sports, changing and shower facilities and snack bars.

Golf
Paphos is the golf resort of the island, with three courses and more under construction. The wonderful Aphrodite Hills is East of Paphos, it’s a champion standard course being par 70/71 and 6232 metres, complete with excellent on site facilities and spa for those who don’t play golf!
Secret Valley currently and 18 hole course again East of Paphos, panoramic views and is par 72 and 6120 metres, it is currently being extended to a 36 hole course!
Tsada, this is 20mins away an elevated position 550 metres above sea level ensures cool breezes in the summer, its again par 72 and 6060 metres, it has been redesigned and constructed in summer 2007. Prices and booking available on request.

Skiing
Coral Bay is approx 1 hour 30 mins from Troodos Mountains the ski season is December to March, with 10 different runs for all levels, this area is beautiful out of ski season and known for biking and hiking.

Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos which is a 30 minute drive. Larnaca is 1 hour 30 mins. The bus stop is 5 minutes down the road and runs every 10 minutes in the summer, 20 minutes in winter late into the night into Paphos and onto the Water Park. A taxi from the airport is approx £20 which can be arranged or we can pick you up.

Distances
Coral Bay Village centre is only 15 minutes walk. Peyia Village is a 5 minute drive. Paphos can be reached by either bus or car in about 20 - 30 minutes. Places of interest such as Aphrodite Baths, Troodos Mountains and the historical Monasteries are all within easy reach of Coral Bay.

Further details
Coral Bay has a range of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks. Two of the local hotels have excellent gym, spa and swimming facilities. The local beaches all have a variety of watersport facilities and there are two PADI dive centres within 2 minute walk.
There is also a car hire centre 2 minutes from the villa with discounts available for people staying at the villa. The owners live locally and will be happy to give recommendations for sports activities, shops and restaurants.

Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% is required with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required payable on arrival and returned on departure.
