Limnaria Gardens is a new development completed in 2006 and situated 5 minutes walk from the sea, shops and restaurants. The apartment, which is on the first floor, is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The apartment is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in living area and bedroom where there is a security safe. There is a large covered balcony leading to an open balcony, with patio furniture and loungers. The apartment faces south and benefits from the sun all day. Limnaria Gardens is 20 minutes drive from Paphos Airport and 90 minutes from Larnaca. The beautiful harbour is 15 minutes walk away, and at the end of the road (5 minutes walk) buses go to the harbour, the old town and Coral Bay.

Outside
Large manicured gardens with trees and shrubs surround 2 large communal pools, plus a paddling pool and Jacuzzi. The apartment has patio furniture on the balcony with 2 sun loungers. The balcony overlooks the pool and gardens which are floodlit at night. There are sun loungers and showers at the poolside. On site car parking.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 5 minutes walk down the road, where there are cafes with watersports and paragliding available. There is a large water park within easy reach.
Golf
There are three 18-hole golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
Travel
The apartment is approximately 20 minutes drive from Paphos Airport. Although in the town there is a very good bus service it is recommended to hire a car as there are so many beautiful places to visit. The Troodos mountains are just over an hour's drive away, and the lovely beaches and harbour of Latchi and Polis are only 40 minutes drive away.
Distances
The pretty harbour and medieval fort of Paphos are 15 minutes walk away with the Troodos mountains and rugged Akamas Peninsular just and hour's drive. Limassol, Larnaca and Nicosia are all within a couple of hours drive on a 2 lane motorway.

A 30% non-returnable deposit it payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
