Furnished to a high standard with your every comfort in mind, enjoying a large open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area with a ground floor cloakroom wc. Inclusive are air-con, satellite TV and DVD/CD and a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. All bedrooms have air-con, large fitted wardrobes and ample draw space. The master bedroom is complete with en-suite, large patio windows lead to the balcony. Watch the morning sunrise over the mountains and sun setting over the Mediterranean seas.

Outside
The garden at Coral Retreat was designed to incorporate fragrance, colour and total relaxation. The night lighting highlights features and tropical plants, whilst creating a charming atmosphere for conjouring up your favourite dishes on the Cypriot style BBQ. The large patio area has 6 loungers with parasols and drinks tables and a large patio table seating 6, covered by a 3m parasol. The private 10x5m pool is entered by ladders situated at either end of the pool featuring a shallow end for children. The villa also has a poolside shower, rotary line and ample private parking.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Coral Bay and Corallia with their many watersports are just a 10 minute walk away. Deservedly awarded the blue flag for their crystal clear waters and safe shallow bathing, perfect for children. There are ample beachside amenities and a good fish restaurant at Corallia where you will find many local Cypriot families dine on a Sunday.
Golf
Visit one of the three championship golf courses which can be found at Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley or Tsada all within a 25-30 minute drive.
Skiing
Beach in the morning, skiing in the afternoon. Skiing, in winter can be found at the Troodos mountains which is a mere 1 hour drive away.
Travel
Paphos airport is a 25 minute drive. Larnaca airport 1 hour 30 minutes. Taxi from Paphos airport approx 35 Euro. Flights into Paphos are available from all over the UK. Car hire although not essential makes exploring the exquisite island of Cyprus a must. Visit the mosaics, Tombs of the Kings, and the Akamas nature reserve, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Drive to the charming village of Polis or the delightful harbour at Latchi for lunch, or bathe in the waters of Aphrodites baths.
Distances
Paphos has an excellent bus service, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the villa. A round trip takes you from the beaches at Coral Bay and Corallia to the old town of Paphos with its historical market and selection of excellent shops. Or to the bustling harbour with it's mixture of traditional fish restaurants and cosmopolitan bars. 20 minutes by bus. Drive to the nearby village of Peiga only 5 minutes away, you will find a good butchers, bakers and selection of traditional tavernas.
