Heating and air-conditioning in all rooms. Great environment for children with shallow end in pool and enclosed complex with electric gates and intercom access to apartments. Highchairs and cots can be arranged. Towels and bedlinen are included. Change of bed linen is available at extra cost.

First floor apartments with lift. Complex is wheelchair accessible. Disabled toilet on ground floor and by poolside. Covered allocated parking spaces.

Outside
Large balcony area furnished with glass table and 4 chairs. Swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas and landscaped poolside. Showers and toilets. Benches.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to award winning sandy Pyla beach which is safe for children with shallow calm waters. Life guards. Volley ball nets. Play ground. Bars and restaurants. Larnaca beach 15 minutes drive. Famous Nissi beach 30 minutes drive. Plus a number of beautiful beaches all around the coast line accessible by car. Water sports available at most beaches.

Skiing
Skiing available during the winter months in the Troodos mountains which is only an hours drive away. Skiing equipment can be hired on arrival at Troodos. There is also an area for sledging.

Travel
Larnaca airport is just 15-20 minutes where you can hire cars or can catch a taxi costing £15 to Pyla. Paphos airport is about an hour and a half away. Car hire is recommended but not essential as there are local taxi services.

Distances
Pyla village is a 10 minute walk. Seafront and Dhekelia road 5 minutes by car. Larnaca 15 minutes by car. Ayia Napa, Nissi beach and water park 30 minutes. Oriklini 5 minutes drive.

Further details
Banks can be found on the Dhekelia Road and in Larnaca. Oriklini is the neighbouring village which has several tavernas, restaurants, banks and a pharmacy. Pyla is ideally situated for exploring this fabulous island with its ancient history.

Prices are in UK pounds. £100 deposit is required to secure dates. Final payment is due 8 weeks before departure with a £100 refundable security payment for damages/breakages.
