2nd floor (top) 2 bedroom apartment set in the newly built Zephyros Village 2, Mandria which is 5 mins from Paphos Airport and 15 mins from Paphos. The apartment is fully air conditioned. Sea view and mountain views from both sides of property. Large balcony of lounge and small balcony of master bedroom. Located in a village with a relaxed atmosphere which truly reflects the Cypriot way of life, with the beach a short stroll away. A large communal pool is adjacent to the property with a small kids pool. There are 3 golf courses in the Paphos area the nearest being the Secret Valley Golf Course which is a 5 mins drive away where you can play golf or relax in the beautiful surroundings of the clubhouse.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival times are after 15.00 hours and departures times are 12.00 midday but we will accommodate other requests if possible.

All linen and towels are included and there is a weekly towel/linen change (beach towels are not included). Extra linen/towel change can be arranged at clients request for a extra fee. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air conditioned with the facility to provide heating in the winter months if required. Music CDs and DVD Films are available in the apartment for clients use. The accommodation is fully furnished with solid oak furniture and all mattresses are orthopeadic to enable a comfortable stay. A safety deposit box is provided for occupants use. Sun loungers/parasol and base are provided.

Accessibility
Property would not suit anyone with mobility problems as it is a 2nd floor apartment with no lift facility.

Large shared pool. 4 sun loungers, 1 parasol and base. 2 tables and chairs on balcony. Cool box provided for packed lunches or picnics.
Coast/Beach
20 mins stroll to the beach or 3 mins drive to a long quiet beach area most of which is pebbled, but there are nice sandy areas along the coast
Golf
3 golf courses in the Paphos area, with the Secret Valley golf course the nearest a mere 5 mins drive away. Aphrodite and Tsada are all a short drive from the apartment.
Skiing
Skiing in the mountains is only a 45 mins drive away where you can ski in the morning and sunbathe in the afternoon, this is usually available from January-March.
Travel
Paphos Airport is 5 mins from the apartment, car hire is recommended as it will enable you to explore this beautiful island at your leisure.
Distances
Nearest village, a short stroll away, Paphos 15 mins drive to the harbour/tourist area. Aphrodite's Rock is also a short drive away just beyond the Secret Valley Golf Course and near to Pissouri. Troodos mountains are 45 mins away.
Further details
2 tavernas in village, a short walk from apartment, which offer excellent snacks and meals. 2 shops in village, a bank and an ice cream shop. Larger supemarkets are available in Paphos.
Booking notes
£100 deposit required to secure booking non-refundable, if cancelled. Full payment required 8 weeks before departure unless late booking when full payment required. There is also a £100 added to final bill (refundable by cheque/bank transfer on return) subject to no damages reported by property management team.
